Charming Royal Oak Bungalow, wood floors throughout and plenty of space for groups of 6. The downstairs has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of eating space, super comfy couches and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The upstairs is carpeted with a large king bed and a working station for a laptop, perfect for any remote workers!

Enjoy yourself in the private backyard. Fully fenced in, perfect for pets! Seating to enjoy a meal or cocktail and BBQ grill.

Entire house and backyard. Basement has laundry which guests can use as well.
House Rules

-No unregistered guests without prior approval.
-Any parties or gatherings will result in immediate termination of your reservation and possible removal from the property..
-Pet owners: Please clean up after your pets in the yard. A $250 fee will apply if not properly cleaned.
-No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts and ash responsibly. A $500 fine will apply for smoking indoors.
-Keep pets off the furniture. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
-Please report any damage, spills, or stains as soon as possible.
-You will be responsible for the cost of any significant damage or missing items.

Before You Check Out
-Please load and run the dishwasher.
-Please take out the trash and recycling to the appropriate outdoor bins.
-Please shut and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
