This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a loft with a queen-size murphy bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 full-size beds, 2 twin size beds (accessible via a ladder), and a smart TV.



This home has an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a fourth-floor, walk-up unit with 56 stair steps to reach the entrance. An elevator is available for guest convenience.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located to the right of the front door and actively monitoring the outside entry area.

• Portable crib provided.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
