Great cabin. We stayed here on our way down to Hilton Head. This kitchen was so well equipped with utensils, and spices. It’s also let friendly which is a must for us. We are staying on our way back to Ohio!

This was a perfect cabin to come back to in the late afternoon or early evening. It was very comfortable and having the farm animals around was an added bonus! Communication with the host was excellent.

The house was in a very peaceful location. We enjoyed spending time watching the cows, the goats, and the donkey. The house was fully stocked and very clean. We were able to take our little Yorkie and he enjoyed his time at the pet friendly house too. There was plenty of yard for him to run in. Our hostess, Haley, was attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful relaxing home and property. Extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our German Shepard. Everything fully stocked. There’s not anything missing that you might need. We would have loved a longer stay. We were just passing through on our drive from FL to CT. The goats were adorable!! The town all our needs for take out. Just perfect.

Clara’s Cabin is a clean, quiet, well-appointed home surrounded by a pleasant farm. Stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and had everything we needed to prepare the meal and comfortably rest. Sunrise through the living room picture window was a highlight for us. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

This was one of the best vacations ever!! This was an ADA friendly cabin and that is hard to find in small towns. It made the trip feel easy and relaxed since I did not have to worry about being able to move around in the home. The animals around the cabin were so fun to see everyday and if I could give this higher than five stars I would!! Will definitely come back and recommend everyone I know to come here!

We loved the warmth of the cabin, with it's big kitchen, spaciousness and wood throughout. It's location to our family cabin, the blue ridge parkway, the town of Galax, Fancy Gap and Mount Airy and Hwy. 77 for other adventures. The owner family members were gracious and welcoming and we enjoyed meeting their farm animals and dogs. My daughter stopped over for a night with her puppy and it was a joy to see her run around the fenced in yard and greeting the other animals. We appreciated that the beautiful home was pet friendly. The area is full of fun things to do from vineyards, breweries, to hiking, golfing, to the Barter Theatre in Abington, the Mount Airy Fall Festival, and Grayson Highlands State Park. We will be back, as well as my daughter and her family from Charlotte.

The pictures do not do it justice. Beautifully built and redone totally apparently in 2017, all hardwood, wide halls, huge windows, great porch.More importantly, Haley, the property manager, was instantly accessible and very patient with these two guests who caused a couple problems of their own doing. However, at one point, the air conditioner went out on an extraordinarily hot day in 20 minutes later somebody was at the door. The air conditioner was fixed in 40 minutes and the house cooled down immediately. The Blue Ridge music center is a treasure, this is a great place to stay.

We stayed here on our way down and back to Hilton Head coming from Ohio. I was so impressed with everything from the fully stocked kitcken, including a wide variety of spices, and proper kitcken sink supplies, to full sizes of body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom! The home is pet friendly too.
