A -frame nested in woods in mountain resort. Huge deck on 3 sides. Balcony on front and back with Mountain views that are better when leaves fall. Two tenth of mile from hwy 52, is 3 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway, 9 miles from Mayberry. Peaceful

The house was so very well supplied with just about everything you need and more. It was quiet with good views. The road up to the house was steep but paved. Debbie was the best host!! Always quick to answer any communication. So very helpful with everything we asked. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This is a beautiful area right on the ridge so you get sunrise over the mountains and sun set from the upstairs balcony which is on both sides of the home. Watching the deer in the morning and evening. Debbie has this house set up like a home with everything you could possibly need. She checks in to make sure everything is good and to tell you about the area. This is a 10/10 so comfortable and clean. Walked into the home later at night to coffee, water and drinks in the refrigerator and snacks in the cabinet. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Our host Debbie is always friendly and helpful if needed. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s located only 5 minutes from the Blueridge parkway and only 10 minutes from the town of Mt. Airy . Great shopping and good food in the town.

Highly recommend, very nice cabin. Spacious living room, and dining room . Not cramped at all. Host has most necessities of you forget something (phone chargers , soap ,shampoos etc.). WiFi is great, smart tv. Gas grill on a beautiful deck overlooking the mountains. I visit the area every year and this was my favorite cabin to date . Very spacious compared to others in the area . Highly recommended

The most coziest place to stay. The Hostess is the best I have ever used before. If I could give this place a 10-star rating I would. I have stayed here twice and my family has stayed here before. Beautiful views.

Cottage in the woods

Cute cottage-like place with outdoor deck seating and picnic table. Lots of trees to provide shade. Ideal for a couple but would be fun for kids with extra beds in a loft area.

Peaceful Hideaway

My mother and I enjoyed this little house off the beaten path, great area, quiet area, house was beautiful and peaceful, felt like I was at home. The host was fabulous, made sure we had everything we needed and very thoughtful, will definitely go there to stay again if I could give it a 10 I would.

Scenic views and location

The Cabin offered breathtaking views and a perfect central location to tons of places full of things to do no matter what your idea of a good time is. Host thought of everything and everyone with items provided to make your stay comfy and relaxed. Highly recommend.

A very comfortable cabin on the mountain.

We spent two nights in rhe Comfort Zone. We had everything we needed and Debbie was extra nice and helpful. We saw two beautiful sunrises from the front porch! It was a quiet, peaceful place. Just what we needed.

The Hostess is the sweetest most helpful kindest person. The place is amazing. I highly recommend.

I never leave a review but this place was beautiful. Debbie is so kind and sweet. It was so clean and completely furnished with enuresis you need. I will be back and recommend to a friend already.

Clean cabin, nice location

The property is clean and comfortable, and the cabin has all amenities needed including a nice TV and is affordable. The porches are nice to sit on, and the view of the woods is lovely. I felt uncomfortable however with the daily incoming communication from the owner and requests to come to the property, offering help (including asking if I was scared, which made me feel very uncomfortable), even after I assured them repeatedly that I did not need anything and was fine. The stairs are steep with very short steps so we didn't feel safe going up/down stairs, so I just stayed downstairs and my son ended up staying with his gf anyway.

Best vacation rental EVER!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one was the best one ever! Debbie is an amazing host and her place was amazing, too! Our stay started the day after Christmas, and we were greeted with not one but two fully decorated lit Christmas trees! The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, drinks and everything you could possibly want after a long drive. We will be back again soon! Thank you for the warm Fancy Gap hospitality!!
