Featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, upper deck, lower deck, and hot tub. Donât forget your fur babies as they are welcome too! Spread your wings and explore trails, wineries, waterfalls, or just nestle and enjoy Rustic Nest!
The Space:
Located 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and 20 minutes from Ellijay, Rustic Nest is the perfect landing spot for your mountain adventure!
This beautiful traditional mountain retreat provides all the living space on one level. A split bedroom style home with the living space central to the home. This creates easy access for those that need easier mobility, without the stairs. If you desire to use the hot tub, it is located on the lower level covered patio/porch accessible by stairs on the side of the cabin. However, the cabin does have a main level deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and natureâs beautiful creations!
Access is via paved roads, with some traditional mountain bumps along the way! The cabin has designated flat parking for two vehicles.
You will enter the cabin into the living space with the kitchen to the left, dining to the right and living room directly center, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home including a full size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a drip coffee maker and Keurig to meet your coffee preference. The dining table has seating for four.
The living room has a new reclining loveseat, recliner, large screen TV and gas fireplace to relax on the cool mountain nights. Kick back with your favorite book, catch the big game or binge watch your favorite show!
There is a great porch just off the living room to enjoy the wonders of nature. Sitting and relaxing can be some of your best experiences! Fresh mountain air, the birds chirping, squirrels dashing and deer grazing. On occasion, Bears frolicking. Donât worry, they are harmless if you just observe from a distance. The porch also features an outdoor dining table with seating for four.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The king master bedroom is to the right. It features a new bed, triple sheeting bedding and Nectar mattress. The bathroom has been remodeled with a new vanity and tub/shower combo.
The queen bedroom master suite is to the left. It features a new bed, triple sheeting bedding, large screen TV and separate sitting area. It also has a desk nook to stay connected to work if necessary while away. The bathroom has a single vanity and tub shower combo.
There is a full size washer/dryer offered in the hall way directly off the dining area.
The cabin features a lower level covered outside entertainment area accessible by steps on the right side outside of the cabin. It features a five person hot tub, large seating area, with all new furniture, flat screen smart TV, foosball table and dart board.
The cabin also features an outdoor fire pit to reminisce about the day's adventures, have your favorite beverage, roast marshmallows or just to enjoy each other.
Your fur babies are welcome! The property allows for up to two dogs, under 50 lbs each. The owners respectfully request that you keep them off the furniture and beds and to crate them while you are away.
The owners are excited to offer the property for your enjoyment. Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.
Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Thursday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
