Delightful 4-bedroom Cape with heated saltwater pool in the heart of Greenport!
This delightful little Cape is an optical illusion, beguiling all who enter as they exclaim, âhow does this house fit within this house!â
The first floor enters into a roomy and comfortable living room, followed by an adorable eat in kitchen that leads to an enchanting garden, heated saltwater pool and hot tub. The two sleepy bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub, completing the first floor.
The second floor hosts two peaceful bedrooms overlooking the garden and another full bathroom with a bright blue tub. The kids will surely play hide and seek or build secret forts in the comically large closets!
The garden is our own little private Shangri-La escape. Disentangle from the stresses of life while relaxing or playing volley ball in the heated saltwater pool. Rinse away the sand in the cedar shower after a swim at the beach, just a walk down the street. Shamelessly boast about the fish you caught on the Pipes Cove Bay while you grill it on the outdoor grill. Roast marshmallows or each other around a crackling outdoor fire. End the day with a glass of wine soaking in the soothing hot tub.

The house is on a quiet family oriented street and walking distance to the village, beach, marina, Hampton Jitney, LIRR and Shelter Island Ferry.
