La loi de zonage de la ville exige que la propriété soit mise en location pour une période d'au moins 14 nuits. Pendant cette période, vous aurez le droit exclusif d'occuper la propriété, mais vous ne pourrez pas sous-louer la propriété. Profitez de repas en plein air sur cette propriété magnifiquement aménagée de 0. 25 acres donnant sur le vignoble tentaculaire de Kontakosta; l'espace extérieur comprend un foyer, des barbecues au gaz et au charbon de bois et une table à manger pour 8 personnes. Cette retraite paisible offre aux visiteurs le meilleur de ce que Greenport a à offrir: faites une promenade rapide de 15 minutes en ville pour manger et faire du shopping, promenez-vous au coin de la rue pour une dégustation de vin au bord de l'eau ou visitez la célèbre plage des «67 marches» située à la fin de la rue.

À l'intérieur de la maison, détendez-vous dans une cuisine à aire ouverte et un espace salle à manger qui comprend une grande cuisine de chef avec tous les équipements de cuisine dont vous avez besoin; lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz et laveuse / sécheuse. La salle à manger a un plafond cathédrale et peut accueillir 8 personnes. Le salon a une cheminée de travail, TV écran plat / DVD et WiFi.

Un porche grillagé confortable avec ventilateur de plafond et des sièges de salon offre un endroit paisible parfait pour le café du matin ou pour rattraper un bon livre.

La chambre principale avec lit king-size et salle de bain se trouve au premier étage. Le deuxième étage comprend deux chambres avec un lit king et un lit double, respectivement, une alcôve et une salle de bains avec une grande douche en verre.

Les espaces de vie et de couchage au premier et au deuxième étage ont des ventilateurs de plafond; des unités de climatisation de fenêtre sont également disponibles du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail. Draps et serviettes inclus.

Fantastic home and location!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything was really clean and the bedding was comfortable. It was the perfect location for my mom’s birthday celebration. We were able to walk to the vineyard next door and drive into Greenport for food, drinks, and shopping. We hope to be back again one day.

Wonderful Weekend in Greenport

This was a lovely rental in a great location. Just a few minutes from town which has tons of great shops and restaurants The house was just as pictured if not better and extremely clean. It was nicely decorated and very well stocked. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return!

Charming House Near Greenport

The property was very charming and exactly as described. The amenities were the best we’ve seen and helped us out tremendously! Greenport at it's best!

Spent a 4 night getaway and was our second time renting this property. Great location about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront downtown and a 3 minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. Nice backyard for gathering with friends around the firepit. Nice house and backyard to just relax or enjoy the shopping and restaurants a short distance walk away. Looking forward to visiting again.

Relaxing Wine Country Weekend

This house is absolutely perfect! Awesome coastal decor, cozy, inviting and spotless. The pictures really don't even do it justice!! Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and linens. While we didn't spend too.much time outdoors due to the chilly weather, the yard is lovely with plenty of furniture and a fire pit. Would definitely stay here again. We could have used beach chairs and beach towels as they are not easy to acquire in the area. Also there were no paper products on hand.

Thank you Jill for your review! Beach towels are located in the first floor bathroom. You may have missed them on the right side of the bath cabinet, opposite the bath towels. I do provide toilet paper for guests but ask that they bring any other paper-related amenities they may need. However I will clarify that in my Welcome Guide so thank you for that observation. I will also add beach chairs to my amenities list, thank you for that input! We hope to see you again next Summer.

Property was excellent and Lisa was a terrific host. Short walk to 67 steps beach down the road was well worth it, great sunsets and views of LI Sound. Only minor negative was frequent barking of dogs in houses on either side of us, but not the end of the world. View of vineyard in backyard was very nice, felt a bit like being in France.

Great Greenport Getaway

We were four adults in the house - which was a good fit! House was very clean and updated bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Super nice backyard looking at the vineyard and felt very private. It was nice to walk to the end of the street to see the sunset. Lots of stairs to the beach so only went down once. Town is close by, but we drove (long walk) - IGA supermarket is convenient. Great restaurants - Eddies - good food and on the beach, The Port, Claudio's on the water and Duryea's in Orient Point (great boat/people watching!) Hostess was easy to work with, good instructions, and happy to help. Would totally recommend this house - good value for sure! Arlene

Wonderful!

The house was IMMACULATE, so clean! The beds were comfy and the location perfect! The 67 Steps beach at the end of the street is a must see with all its beautiful pebbles, town center is walking distance from the house which is handy. The vineyard behind the house is the perfect backdrop when enjoying the fire pit in the backyard. Lisa is a gracious host and her home is WONDERFUL!

Gorgeous house and yard!

Stayed at Lisa’s lovely home the week of our son’s wedding in the Greenport area with another couple who were the first people to hold him the day he was born after my husband and myself. The house and yard were beautiful places to catch up and reflect on the past thirty odd years. Walking to the 67 step beach at the end of the road to catch the sunset just as my son did the evening he proposed was special too. Highly recommended.

Great location and beautiful house!

This house was everything promised. Location was a 10 minute walk to town and was a pleasure to walk past so many old historic homes along the way. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Backyard was nice to hang out overlooking the vineyard vines of the winery. Very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property. Excellent communication with the owner and super smooth check-in. Perfect for 3 couples for a friends getaway. Our group is already talking about next year!
