Renovated house located in the heart of Greenport is perfect for family getaways. Blocks away from Main Street. With amazing restaurants and bars in town, and 3 min drive to the beach. Book your stays with us in Greenport New York.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor; a roomy master suite that includes a separate sitting area with a large 55" flat screen smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for those breezy summer nights. Full size bathroom are located on each floor. First floor living room is equipped with a 65" smart TV and pull out queen size Tempur-pedic sofa.
Central air is installed throughout the home and controlled by Smart thermostats. Full size kitchen has all the cooking and baking necessity needed for a cook out. With Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range gas stove, Bosch dishwasher and stainless steel farm sink, this will make cleaning and entertaining a joy. Off the kitchen and through the large sliding doors you'll find all your outdoor grilling needs. Our spacious fenced in grassy yard is where you'll find our relaxing and restful outdoor furniture.

Hampton Jitney Greenport, Long Island Railroad and the Shelter Island ferry are all conveniently located 2 blocks away.

Lovely House in Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay at Janet’s house! The property is clean and ideally located close to every amenity you could want in Greenport including restaurants and shops, the train station, and the Shelter Island ferry. Check in was seamless and Janet was a welcoming and communicative host. It made the perfect home base for our group for a long weekend trip. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Perfect home base for a short north fork family (3 generations) getaway. Walkable to every amenity from coffee and great food to groceries and drugstores to carousel and playgrounds for the kids to waterfront walks etc., short drive to beautiful beaches, farm stands, and more. Grateful for easy communication, spotless, comfortable living spaces, and well stocked kitchen/supplies. Would definitely come again.

Perfect house in a great location

We had an amazing girls weekend at John and Janet's place! The house was immaculate and in a great location, super close and walkable to all of the restaurants and shops in Greenport. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Amazing House and Location!

This house is amazing! It was the perfect house for my family to stay in. We cooked dinners in the beautiful kitchen, bbq’d in the backyard, and made many walks downtown for food and ice cream :). The house is new and updated. And the location is incredible! We hope to stay here again!

Exactly as described, maybe even better in person. Adorable, clean, perfect location. Wish we had more time to enjoy the house, amenities, and neighborhood. Would definitely rent again!

The location of the house is ideal of walking to downtown, and the renovations are beautiful, especially the kitchen and bathrooms.Unfortunately, the backyard was so overgrown that we couldn't enjoy sitting outside, so we're hoping that the landscaper will come at the right time before our next visit.The hosts are most accommodating and couldn't have been more helpful to us.We recommend this house without reservation.

We had a great time here in Greenport! The house was well maintained and met all of our needs. Plenty of room for 7 people, and it was a welcome site to find a pack and play in the master bedroom to use for our toddlers! With easy access to the town, including ice cream within 5 minutes walking, we would recommend this place to any family looking to stay in Greenport!

Greenport is a vibrant historic fishing village. Our family roots go back three generations, originally from Italy they settled in greenport as wooden boat builders for the local fishing industry. The draw to the water and waterfront of Greenport has always been magic. Greenport has transformed from one of the last fishing industry centers in the northeast to now a vibrant food, wine, and water sports center on long Island.
