This vacation home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is just a short two-block walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, casino, and more! Recently remodeled, this two-story residence offers stylish flooring, modern amenities, and plenty of natural light, perfect for enjoying your stay on Catalina Island!

The spacious living room provides ample space and light for everyone to come together and enjoy a movie after a day at the beach. From the living room, you can walk towards the dining room and kitchen. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, which features plenty of counter space, agas stove, and all the culinary essentials. At the end of this cozy area, you'll find a laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer, as well as a door leading to the backyard. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table, which accommodates at least six people, conveniently located next to the Kitchen

Upstairs, you will discover an inviting family area designed for relaxation and entertainment. It boasts a Smart TV, accompanied by plush seating that ensures comfort during movie nights or game days. Step outside onto the spacious balcony, where you'll find a beautifully furnished dining table perfect for meals. The BBQ grill is ready for your outdoor cooking adventures, allowing you to savor delicious meals while enjoying the fresh air. All of this is enhanced by breathtaking mountain views

The two bedrooms are located down the hallway and are designed with comfortable furnishings and modern decor, making them perfect for helping you unwind at the end of the day. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large window that offers beautiful views of the island. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a spacious closet.

We absolutely loved our stay. Very comfortable beds and an enjoyable space to relax or use as a landing pad for the week. We especially loved the ability to open the front window in the evenings

The house was clean and very well provisioned. The nicest house I've stayed at in Catalina to date. It was updated and comfortable.

We loved this two story beach house! So peaceful and secure. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. It had two living rooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. Full length couches, fully equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer. Very clean, modern. Two bathrooms with showers. Communication and check-in was efficient, Friendly! Location was so convenient. One block away from Von’s grocery. A few blocks away from restaurants and the beach. Also loved that the rental was in a very walkable area that was flat. Not hilly or up the mountain. We were able to call for a taxi easily to the Catalina Express.

This property is absolutely not conditioned for summer weather. For the thousand dollars or so a night that was being charged we mistakenly believed the property would come with air-conditioning. Temperatures within the property reached 98 during the day. We were entirely unable to be inside during most hours. Sleeping was also incredibly difficult. Unless you are looking for a large sauna, I do not recommend staying at this place during any of the summer months. The late night response team brought a couple of fans that pushed the hot air around the house. The next day the property managers took a “this sounds like a you problem” approach and wiped their hands clean of the entire issue. If the owner reads this, your renters deserve better. Just because you don’t explicitly list air-conditioning as a feature doesn’t mean it’s not natural to assume that a property at this price level will have proper temperature controls. No one should be asked to spend 1000 a night in a room that reaches 98.
