Enjoy comfort and convenience in this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath first-floor condo in the beautiful Magnolia Greens golf community. With 1,139 sq. ft. of open living space, this home features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a cozy living room with streaming TV, and a screened porch overlooking the golf course.
Each bedroom includes its own streaming TV and private en suite bathroom. The primary suite offers a queen bed and mini fridge, while the second bedroom has two double beds and direct access to the screened porch. The unit sleeps 6 in total.
Guests enjoy access to resort-style community amenities including pools, fitness center, clubhouse, tennis courts, and playground. Located in Leland—just minutes from shopping, dining, and a short drive over the bridge to downtown Wilmington!

Great location. Sitting on the patio was like sitting in an aviary with all the birds. Loved being on the golf course. Fun to watch. Nice location to everything.

The gym/ pool facility was directly across the parking lot. Very clean,good equipment Very accessible. The game room was fun.Indoor pool was warm enough to use.Outdoor pool was chilly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean. The complex feels very safe and comfortable. The layout feels a little confusing with a bar and chairs in the bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend. The location is great to tour Wilmington.

Great location on the first floor making it easy to load/unload, walk to pool, and view the golf course. However, outdoor patio furniture was covered in pollen and dirt so it could not be utilized comfortably. Nice size condo with two bedrooms and baths, but There was a musty smell in the front bedroom so we closed the door and used the double beds that were extremely uncomfortable. Shower was clean and easy to use but the towels left out were still damp so we had to finish drying them. TVs were not easy to use and the “streaming” made it difficult to find local news or weather. We loved how quiet the area was but would not rent this unit again because of the beds and overall musty smell.
