Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Suite: King-size bed, en-suite bath, and direct access to the porch—your private coastal sanctuary.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed + Queen bed, en-suite half bath— perfect for kids or a second family.

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed + Queen bed, access to full hall bath— sleeps up to 4 comfortably.


House Rules & Access Info:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, please note the following:

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (proof of age required).
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside the condo.
- Check-in: 3PM | Check-out: 10:00AM
- Handicap parking spots available.
- Elevator access for entry to the unit.
- Motorcycles, trailers, and boats are not permitted by renters.
- Pool use is at guests' own risk—please supervise children at all times and follow posted rules.

Checkout Instructions
