For being situated in an older part of Addison is was fair. It definitely is an older complex. Curb appeal not the best due to area. Interesting that it's a non smoking rental yet the whole area is covered with cigarette butts. Also not a fan of neighbors feeding the strays as one has to look at the food as you enter. Accommodations inside met our needs. FYI....need to pay for parking.

Hi thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately we cant control what others choose to do outside of their homes as far as smoking or being pet friendly. The rental you reserved is absolutely a non smoking rental but we will speak with the office manager to alert them in case they are violating any rules. It is also noted in the description of the rental that parking is needed to be paid for and the amount. I am glad that the inside of the rental you reserved was nice and met your needs. Nice cozy home. My family loved the decorations and enjoyed there stay there. I highly recommend you screen shot address and code due to low cell signal in the area. We arrived late at night phone service was bad and could not find the building. Ask the host for a map prior to arrival, I should have done that before arriving and driving around trying to locate the building.

Overall a good stay. The heat was at 85 degrees upon arrival, but didn't take too long to cool off. I ran out of TP in the middle of a week's stay. The toaster also does not work. There was no soap for the dishwasher so unable to wash dirty dishes. Additional towels would have been nice as well. I appreciated the options on the TV but the apps should be logged out of between stays. None of these things are a deal breaker but just ways to improve.

Thanks for your review! Was unaware the toaster wasnt working so good to know. We could have brought extra towels other than the ones that were provided had you let us know. We will restock dishwasher soap as well, but there was dish liquid in the soap dispenser labeled for washing. Thank you again for the feedback!

Whitney is friendly and accommodating to our requests, house is well decorated and looks interesting. Location is decent, close to some eateries. Parking scene was a little confusing. Overall good

The home is beautifully decorated, the pictures doesn't capture the beauty of the home and its very clean. I liked the fact there is a bible and scripture reader in the bedroom. The mini market cart has everything one might need, from meds to shavers. I was also surprise to see a full ironing board. Whitney answered questions in a timely matter. I would suggest the directions to the property be a little more precise, like building number and give instructions on using the pool.
