Cottage situé sur le canal Potters Pond en face de Matunuck Oyster Bar! Juste une courte promenade (0. 4 miles) à East Matunuck State Beach et plusieurs restaurants. Ce chalet de 2 chambres est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de l'océan. Sauvez les docks juste à l'extérieur de votre porte, profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil et de l'air salé. 1 lit queen, 1 lit superposé complet. 1 bain. Douche extérieure. Gril. Le bordereau de bateau est disponible (petits bateaux) pour un supplément de 25 $ par jour. Vous aurez un accès rapide et facile à toutes les attractions du Rhode Island, y compris Block Island, Point Judith, Galilée, Narragansett, etc.

A couple guys coming in to fish for a few days, the cottage and location are beyond perfect for what we wanted! We've been coming to this area for 30 years now and stumbled upon this place this year and hopefully for years to come.

We had a great stay at the cottage. It was very clean and well stocked and in such an amazing location. We loved relaxing out by the water and soaking in the sun. Great communication with the hosts with easy check in/check out. Matunuck Oyster Bar was right across the street as was Cap’n Jacks. East Matunuck Beach is just down the street and is a beautiful beach with terrific facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Super cute and very clean cottage. Perfect peaceful location on inlet to watch boat traffic and many water birds.Walkable to beautiful beach and Matunuck Oyster Bar. Highly recommend and hope to return !!

Enjoyed our stay

We were pleasantly surprised on how close the Matunuck Oyster Bar actually was to the cottage. We walked over for dinner. The cottage was very clean and perfect for our relaxing stay. The owners were very quick and responsive with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

The cottage is very clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to the beach, and we really liked having Cap'n Jack's Restaurant and the Oyster Bar nearby. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and watching the boats go by from the dock. The area is great and the people are so friendly. Would highly recommend renting this cottage!

Dockside Cottage

An amazing little cottage. Loved watching the current change flow and direction with each tide. Watching the boats unload the oysters. All the convenience of home and walking distance to a local beach. Would love to come back.

This was perfect for me: clean, a homey touch with lovely plants, a well-stocked kitchen for light cooking, and a restaurant nearby. I loved the sunset from the dock. The hosts were gracious and clear. I hope to return!

Ocean getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower! Loved relaxing by the fire pit at night with the music and twinkling white lights from Matunuck Oyster across the channel adding to the evening’s ambiance. Hosts were very responsive to any requests.

The Perfect getaway

This was our 2nd time renting this cottage. It is the perfect getaway spot. This year was extra special as we got engaged. We enjoyed the beach, surrounding areas and just sitting by the fire outside relaxing and listening to the water. Beach Getaway

What a fabulous cozy beach cottage. Just the right size for two to four adults. Perfect location to visit many of the Rhode Island Beaches. Walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Matunuck Oyster Bar. Communication with the owners was efficient. Would definitely stay again at this cottage! Loved our stay on the pond!

We loved the cottage and the location! The cottage was the perfect size for us, 2 adults, one kid. It was very comfortable. Loved being on the dock, looking at crabs, fish, and great egrets. We even swam in it! Beaches are so close by. The Matunuck Oyster Bar across the way is awesome. The hosts were wonderful-quick to respond and answer all our questions! Thank you much for a very memorable stay that made us fall in love with Rhode Island!!

Girls weekend in Narragansett

My girlfriends and I had such a fun weekend here! This super quaint cottage is clean and surprisingly spacious. It is steps from Matuntuck Oyster Bar and a short walk or bike ride to a beautiful state beach. The only drawback is that getting to the other side of town for more restaurants, bars and shopping is a bit of a drive (15 minutes or so). Even still, I would book again here in a heartbeat!

Thanks Kelly! Yes, the cottage is in South Kingstown (Wakefield,RI) in a quaint village. The restaurants and bars I suspect you mentioned are Narraganset or Galilee, neighboring towns! 2 restaurants that are walking distance to us are Matunuck Oyster Bar and Captain Jacks. Thank you for the review!

Great location, lovely stay

My husband and I were looking for a week's getaway, and felt very lucky to have found Kevin and Amy's cottage in South Kingston. Sitting with a cup of coffee on the dock and watching the tide flow in and out, watching the water birds over the marsh, and watching the happy foot traffic over the nearby bridge and across the water at the Matunuck Oyster Bar was great. We're in our sixties, and found the short walk to East Matunuck State Beach easy to manage - even with chairs and umbrellas, etc. We did a lot of exploring on foot: we walked down to Jerusalem for lunch at the marina, and over to Snug Harbor for breakfast. It was a very short drive to catch the ferry over to Block Island, where we spent a day riding bikes. Again and again we remarked that we could not have found a happier place to stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with good beds and a great outdoor shower. We stayed the last week of June 2020, while concerns for the coronavirus were still looming large - and were able to enjoy a very fun and safe vacation. We were able to walk to several restaurants, and to dine outside or take out at all of them (Ocean Mist, Matunuck Oyster Bar, Cap'n Jack's, Jim's Dock, Snug Harbor Marina). Being able to walk to the beach saved us the $14 parking fee everyday, and the trouble of driving. Highly recommend this place and the hosts, who were very kind, welcoming, and responsive.

Charming cottage

We loved our stay at this charming, little cottage. It was next to a dock on the water with a lovely view. 2 small bedrooms were fine for us and our son. Walking distance to a pretty beach and steps away from an amazing restaurant. So much nicer than a hotel room! We'd stay again!
