Chalet 3ch disponible pour location à la semaine de juin à août. Il est situé au cœur de Matunuck, South Kingstown, RI.
Le chalet a été entièrement remodelé, de nouvelles armoires de cuisine, un comptoir en granit et est entièrement meublé.

Il est à distance de marche de South Kingstown Town Beach - laissez-passer pour la plage de la ville de SK, East Matunuck Beach, Theatre By The Sea, épicerie locale, stand de fruits et légumes frais Carpenters, Ocean Mist, The Pub, Matunuck Pizza, St Romuald church , pêche en haute mer et surf et notre stand de glaces local. Tarifs hors saison mensuels / hebdomadaires également disponibles. Envisagerait des locations de week-end en mai.

This little cottage had all I needed inside and very nice outside spaces (back yard, front porch with table) too! Walking distance to 2 beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage near Matunuck Beach and, most importantly, the Ocean Mist!. Although it's cozy in size, it feels surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit during our son's graduation weekend at URI. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well equipped, making it easy to settle in and relax. The owners were kind, responsive, and clearly take great pride in their rental. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Amazing beach cottage

Even though I was taking a course in Kingston, this was the perfect relaxing location, walking distance to beaches and easy drive to town. Comfortable beds, great outdoor shower, extremely well outfitted.

The Perfect Stay

We had the best weekend in this perfect rental. Bob and his wife were so attentive- reached out numerous times to see if we needed anything. Such nice people who really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach!

Late summer get away

Excellent cottage!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. All was as advertised, it was very clean and comfortable and the owner checked in to make sure everything was okay. It was especially nice to have the beach pass! I would definitely recommend!!

Great weekend getaway. Bob's cottage has all you need, was able to get on the wifi and take a work meeting quickly after checking in. Clean, great backyard, and quick walk down to the beach. Bob is extremely accommodating and a great host! Hope to be back soon

Week of perfect weather. Two min drive to East Matunuk Beach and had Beach Pass. Short walk to Ocean mist and the Pub. Owner lives close if need anything which we didn’t.

Fantastic beach get-away

Loved this little cottage! The property is lovely, the cottage well maintained & nicely decorated. The owners are lovely & readily available if needed. The cottage is located within walking distance to South Kingston & East Matunuck beaches. Theres a surf shop, small market, ice cream store & 2 local beach bars within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet (in September) & is great for walking or bicycling.

This cottage is all as described. I liked the outdoor shower, so convenient! I enjoyed the birds singing! I enjoyed hearing the surf! Wonderful place, wonderful stay and wonderful owners! Hope there is more in 24!!
