This beautiful home accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and 2 en suite full bathrooms, one of which includes an infrared sauna. It boasts floor to ceiling windows that immerse you into the countryside. There are 2 twin rollaway mattresses that can be utilized in this space.
All three other bedrooms have queen beds.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home.

The indoor living room is outfitted with a 55” TV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. The space is filled with natural light shining through the numerous windows. Enjoy the spectacular natural surroundings while inside or out.

This thoughtfully-designed home provides a separate laundry area.

The exterior of this 10-acre property boasts beautiful countryside views and unrivaled privacy. A gazebo, the back patio and 2nd floor porch allows you to soak up the surroundings. The fire pit is a wonderful spot to wind down the day. The cold plunge on the patio also has the ability to heat to 104 degrees. Guests are also just a short 10-minute drive away from hiking at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center or the Barton Creek Greenbelt.

You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the 2 workspaces.

This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is well trained and housebroken.

The home is fitted with a smart door lock and ample parking for vehicles is available on the premises.

Other things to note:
- A 30,000 gallon rain water cistern provides water to the house. We appreciate guests being mindful of water usage.
-No parties or events.
-No smoking.
*Cleaning Fee to be charged at time of booking as part of total reservation amount.

Pet Policy:
• By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.
• No dogs on furniture or beds without protective blanket.
• Clean up after your dog. Muddy paws, dog waste, excessive hair, etc.
• No dogs are to be left alone indoors unless crated.
• Must be at least 1 year old.
• Hosts retain the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.
• $75 pet fee
• Undisclosed pets will be an automatic $200 charge.
