The Lighthouse: Spacious 3 bedrooms 2 bath canal front home with a beautiful sun-soaked balcony, stylish inside, and an amazing waterfront canal perfect for fishig and crabbing! Underwater light makes fishing so much fun at night! Capture Spectacular Sunsets from the open deck. The Lighthouse is a short drive from the beach (3-4 minutes) and boasts an amazing view! Drop a line right off the huge deck to get that catch of the day.
Beach is 3-4 min drive from the house, cross the street from the neighborhood's entrance.
Two high-end adult kayaks are available for guests to use with a small fee ($50 rental fee per kayak per stay, plus $100 refundable security deposit). Message the host before arrival if you'd like to rent the kayaks. On-site use only, No haul-way allowed.
Guests have free access to the community’s private marina with a boat launch. The property’s boat lift is available for guests who bring their boat. It is a 8-inch sling lift with 4000 lb capacity. Fits 17-24 ft boat. Message the owner for approval if you’re interested in using the boat lift during your stay.
Guests have free access to the community's pool. Pool opens seasonally (from late May, Memorial Day weekend to early Sep, Labor Day weekend) between 10am and 7:30pm and closes on Tuesday. The boat launch and pool are managed by the HOA, not by the property, thus we cannot guarantee their availability or conditions during your stay.
Guests do not have access to the garage or cargo lift. These are exclusively used by the owners and are not included in the rental.
The property is located on the waterfront. There are dropoffs by the water that is not childproof. Please read all rules prior to booking.
A lot of room on the ground floor with water front deck and covered patio for entertaining. An outdoor shower is available for you to rinse off before going upstairs. Enjoy beautiful view and breeze all day! At night, underwater light makes fihsing so much fun and easy! A Weber charcoal grill is there for the catch of the day.
House has a large living room with plenty of space for the whole family! A dining table for 6 and a galley kitchen with additional sitting. The hallway full bathroom has modern finishings with a glass curbless shower and a floating vanity. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite full bathroom. The front guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The back guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, suitable for kiddos to share. The house sleeps 11 comfortably and is suitable to share between extended families and friends. Full sized washer and dryer inside the hallway bathroom for guests’ use.
Our nightly price depends on the number of guests, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #7 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate your exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that. If you increase the number of guests after your reservation is made, additional guest fee may apply.
We allow only house-trained pets with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Additional pet fee may apply if you bring more pets than indicated at booking. Maximum four pets allowed on premises. Clean after your pets or additional cleaning fee will be charged.

House is located in Terramar Beach subdivision of Galveston Island, about 17 miles west of Moody Garden, 21 miles west of the Strand.

(4) The property’s maximum occupancy is 11 people (adults and children combined). This limit applies to all visitors present on property, not limited to overnight guests. Violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
(5) House driveway and concrete pad beneath the house can park no more than 6 sedan-sized vehicles. If guests have larger vehicles or trailers, the number of parking spaces will be less than 6. NO on-street parking. No parking on grass. Parking violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
(6) No smoking inside the house. Violation will be fined by $500 and result in eviction with no refund.
(7) No loud music after 9 PM each day. Do not trespass neighbor’s property.
