Bask in the year-round unobstructed long-range mountain views from all locations inside and outside the cabin. All four seasons provide unforgettable, ever-changing daytime/nighttime picturesque vantage points.

The cabin comes fully stocked with linens, full-size bath items, and other essentials. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create your chef's choice dishes on granite countertops, an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. There are two ways to make your morning coffee: a Keurig unit & a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the views from the dining room table where your family can share stories from the day & soak in the views.

The open-concept living room area contains a comfortable sofa, a love seat & a coffee table.

The children will thoroughly enjoy the small reading space on the upper level, as well as the arcade/media room on the lower level.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite private bath. The upper level bedrooms have king-size beds, with a shared full bath with shower/tub. And the lower-level game/media room has a bunk bed set with a full bath w/walk-in shower.

A private hot tub is just steps outside the main level. The hot tub is maintained each time a group departs. A cozy fire table is on the deck, so you're free to enjoy the starry skies. There's also a propane grill on the deck, just off the kitchen.

We have provided a Welcome Book, which contains information necessary during your stay. We have a keyless entry system for easy coming and going. The living room stone fireplace is propane, as is the outside fire table.

Entertainment:
The living room is a perfect place to gather and watch a movie or a sporting event while snacking on refreshments and watching the flickering flames of the fireplace. The lower-level game room boasts a 75-inch Smart TV, foosball table, arcade games, Connect-4 Wall Unit game, lounging area, wet bar & bunk beds.

Technology:
We have High-Speed Internet to support all 5 televisions, and all mobile devices that you choose to bring. Internet speed of 50 Mbps is considered high speed. It's more than enough to support remote meetings and full streaming activities, even for your high-end gamers. Our professional level connection has priority and does not buffer or down throttle, so we can handle any remote working needs.

Guest access:
Guests will be able to access the home via a keyless entry system. Guests will have access to entire home during their stay.

In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$250 Cabin/Hot Tub Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover, as well as hot tub maintenance before and after every guest) INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.

This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

We are close to Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s, and several Dollar General stores so that you may stock up for your vacation. There’s wonderful hiking trails within a very short drive from View-Tastic.

This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented. The property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.

As with any trip, unexpected situations can happen, including changes in weather or illness. While travel insurance isn’t required, we do encourage it for peace of mind, as this property’s cancellation policy is firm and non-negotiable.
