Cette maison est dans un endroit merveilleux à quelques pas de tout ce que Dewey a à offrir ... 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage, 2 pâtés de maisons de la baie et 2 pâtés de maisons du Jolly Trolley pour une balade rapide dans le centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach.

Situé dans un quartier calme et familial du nord de Dewey, c'est juste une courte promenade pour entendre votre groupe préféré ou profiter de votre boisson préférée. Garez votre voiture ... il y a un parking dans la rue pour 6 voitures ... et marchez partout.

Au premier étage de cette maison entièrement climatisée, vous trouverez 4 chambres reposantes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 - 12 personnes, ainsi que 2. 5 salles de bains et une laveuse et une sécheuse. La chambre principale a un lit king-size, une salle de bain complète, un ventilateur de plafond et une télévision. Les 2 chambres à l'arrière de la maison ont des lits queen-size, des ventilateurs de plafond et des placards spacieux. Ces 2 chambres partagent une salle de bain complète avec douche / baignoire. La 4ème chambre a une demi-salle de bain attenante, un ventilateur de plafond et 2 lits superposés avec des lits gigognes pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Pour se laver après une longue journée amusante sur la plage, une douche extérieure privée et un vestiaire sont situés sur le côté de la maison et sont facilement accessibles depuis une porte latérale.

La cuisine et les espaces de vie principaux sont idéalement combinés en une grande pièce aérée au 2e étage. Choisissez entre l'un des 3 canapés ou chaise bachelors pendant que vous vous détendez et profitez de la télévision à écran plat HD, du lecteur DVD, du magnétoscope et de la station d'accueil Bose pour votre plaisir musical. Ou, asseyez-vous au comptoir de la cuisine sur l'un des 4 tabourets de bar et soyez toujours à portée d'une bonne boisson froide.

La cuisine comprend toutes les commodités afin que vous puissiez facilement préparer vos repas par une chaude journée d'été .... réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, micro-ondes, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, évacuation et refroidisseur à vin. Les nombreux ustensiles de cuisine comprennent la vaisselle, les ustensiles de bar, le mélangeur, le four grille-pain, la cafetière, la mijoteuse, etc., etc.

Comfortable and located in a quiet family neighborhood while at the same time being close enough to walk to the beach, and restaurants and the bay for our three generational family gathering. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with both before and during our stay.

We loved this Rehoboth beach house!! We loved the layout of the house and all of its amenities. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet, and it is a quick 5–7-minute walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive with answers to questions. We would definitely stay here again next summer for our annual DE beach vacation!

Perfect house for group of friends

This house was perfect for a group of friends (a few couples and a few singles) who wanted to enjoy the beach. The house was an easy <10 minute walk to the beach, and they provided 2 little wagons to schlep our chairs. It was mildly inconvenient that the property didn’t provide any linens (sheets, towels) but that seems relatively common for properties in the area. Thanks again to Laurie for the great stay!

Very outdated vacation home

The location of the house is amazing, it's a 10-minute walk to the beach and a similar distance to all the restaurants in Dewey. You can also fit up to 6 vehicles in the driveway. The only downside is how outdated this property has become. We stayed here in the summer of 2020 and again this year. All of the kitchen items are still the same, especially the pots and pans. The master bedroom gets really hot at night with the door closed, the vent does not bring in any cold air. Also, buy your own ice because the refrigerator does not have an ice maker.

Better than the Pictures!

All I can say, is this place is bigger than the pictures let on - wow! My husband and I stayed for a week, working remotely during the day, and going to the beach and dinner at night. It was the perfect location, less than a 10 minute walk to the beaches, less than 5 minutes to the back bay and the Northshore establishment on the bay, and in such a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The house is very spacious and the pictures online don't do it justice! The outdoor shower was lovely to have, and the back deck was very nice. The only downside, and this was no one's fault, but the table on the upper-deck was broken due to recent storms shattering the table-top. Other than this minor inconvenience, it was an absolutely perfect stay! The hosts were very responsive and gracious and the home was very clean. Would highly recommend! Summer vacay 2022

Spacious, adequately-equipped property. Many photo collages & frames of (presumed) family & friends displayed, as well as an autographed rocking chair with a sign asking that it not be used. Very lovely, but personal touches that were awkward & unexpected for renting guests. On-line descriptions differed enough from actual experience. Distance to beach seemed obviously farther than 3 blocks. When we reserved the property, a king bed, 2 queens, etc. were listed. Since we provided our own bed sheets, I contacted owners shortly before our arrival to confirm final details, (what we needed to bring, etc.,) and am grateful I did; because they’d upgraded a queen to a king (a nice upgrade); but hadn’t updated the website (or us). I’d packed for 1 king & 2 queens; but ended up having to purchase 1 king set, last minute. ***We checked in to discover the washer full of dirty bedding & towels, as well as more dirty laundry piled in the laundry room. We contacted the owner immediately to notify them and asked what we should do? They responded promptly & were apologetic; but we were told to “set it aside until they could figure out who left it behind”. It was with us for our entire week; and we never heard from them again; (although they invited us to contact them if necessary.) In the covid environment we all live in, we were disturbed by this unsanitary find, and didn’t appreciate the casual response to what we paid for and expected to be clean and ready for our week-long stay. Additionally, all the showers in the bathrooms had previous guests’ soaps, shower gels, etc. still in the showers we’d expected to be clean and empty for our stay. The pillows & bedspreads left for our use smelled stale, musty & sweaty. And the back patio floor with the hammock had dozens of nails scattered on the floor, which we had to sweep up so the toddler in our group didn’t get hurt. Nice outdoor shower! Kitchen was listed as recently updated; but the stove had the bottom storage drawer damaged & hanging broken; as was the family room tv cabinet doors; the back deck awning (which if operational, would’ve shaded the lovely back deck & prevented bare feet burns because of the sun); a couple of broken drawers in the “master” bedroom (a couple drawers were already filled with stuff, which prevented our use). The baby gate pictured online wasn’t present when we arrived. Our toddler needed much overseeing because of its absence. Hope this is helpful

Family beach vacation

This vacation was for my family including grandparents, sister and brother-in-law and two 4.5 y/o’s and one 2.5 y/o. The family area/living room was fantastic for all being together for meals and hanging out. The deck is laid out for visiting and relaxing as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were enough for 9 of us to be comfortable. Outdoor shower came in very handy for returning from the beach. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay again.

Week at the Beach

House was as advertised. Great top floor with dining room, kitchen, living room and walkout deck all open to each other. All 8 of us could be together or in groups talking while cooking and eating. Property was a bit unready when we arrived. Trash was overflowing the containers, deck umbrella collapsed, no trash bags were available, and the grill hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. However the manager was very responsive, came out on a Sunday to take care of trash and give us some trash bags. Everything was pretty good there on and the manager checked in daily. They were definitely concerned about our experience and responded very quickly to messages. Everybody loved quick walk to beach and close pubs. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This vacation rental was everything our group of 11 friends and family members needed to enjoy Dewey and Rehoboth! The managers were very responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. Would definitely recommend to a large group looking for an affordable stay within walking distance of Dewey Beach.

Awesome Dewey Beach Location!

This beach house is great, especially for large families. The beach is just 3 blocks away, there is now a cross-walk with a street light to get over the Coastal Highway so there are no issues crossing this busy road. There is a large parking space for 6 cars. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were spacious, especially the room with bunk beds that can sleep up to 6 people (bring your own linens though). We didn't get to use the back deck too much because of the bugs, but you should be fine if you light a citronella candle or two. The grill was a nice bonus, we used it a couple of times. There are also two pull wagons and beach chairs that you can use, but bring your own beach umbrellas. Overall, this is a great beach rental for the whole family to enojy.

Wonderful family beach vacay!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was roomy and well laid out with all bedrooms downstairs. We loved the outdoor shower and large deck. It was a great help to have the wagons to carry our stuff to the beach. It was also a very quiet neighborhood. Everyone was completely relaxed!

After years at the Jersey shore, we won’t be going back. Dewey/Rehoboth Beach was outstanding. The house was perfect, location perfect, beach was perfect it all added up to great vacation.

Great home for families!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is great for families with a room for kids (bunk beds) and we definitely took advantage of the boogie boards, wagons and beach toys available at the house. That was actually a huge bonus for us so we didn't have to pack as many toys. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, especially waiting for the crosswalk, but it's quieter (in a good way) since it's a little further away. Love that it's so close to Fifer's market down the street. Thanks for a great stay!

Great vacation house for a family with small children

We had a great vacation at this property! The house is perfectly equipped, clean, and is a close walk to the beach and the entertainment at Dewey. Beach chairs, wagons and the cart were so helpful to get to and from the beach. Beach toys, safety gate, pack-n-play, and more toys/books inside were a nice bonus. Thanks so much for having those! The lower deck is a great play area for the kids; the upper deck is perfect to lounge and enjoy a meal outside and some drinks. The only minor issue was ants in the kitchen and in the upper deck area. One suggestion is to have some fans available to put outside on the upper deck. We would definitely rent this properly again!

Very nice place in Dewey!

Very well maintained house a few blocks off of the beach. Plenty of chairs, wagons, toys for the short walk to the beach with the kids. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 5 kids with room to spare. The back patio area was the place to be with cover and a nice breeze all week long.

Great Family House in Dewey Beach!

We had a great family stay in Dewey. Six adults and a three year old. Dinner on the deck every night. Three blocks to the beach made easy with the wagon, cart, beach towels, and beach chairs provided. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, toys for kids, easy walk into Dewey for breakfast and later for the bonfire. Clean, well maintained, owners responsive. Great Visit!

We had a nice vacation

We had a great week in Delaware with super weather all week. The house worked well for us with plenty of room. Some suggestions - if you're are renting a beach house you should have beach chairs for your guests. We were fortunate to have brought our own. The home needs a technology update. The bedrooms have TVs the size of computer csreens and no cable access.

Thank for the info and sorry about that. The beach chairs had been trashed by earlier tenants and we forgot to replace them. The TV in the master is a flat screen.Two of the other bedrooms have old style boxes but do get standard channels if the cable cord is plugged into the wall. Upon recent visit I noticed they all three downstairs were not plugged into wall. The living room has a large flat screen HD TV and is cable connected and does have DVR taping capability.

Great home, good location, well managed

This place was great for what we needed. We had a guys weekend at the beach with around 11 of us. Lots of beds on the ground floor and a great, open living space and deck upstairs. The space allowed us a place to hang out all together when we were at the house and the deck proved a great place to spend time and eat dinners off the grill. The place was nice and clean with amenities as needed. Location wise, it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute or so walk to the bars and restaurants. Again, perfect for our group that didn't want to have to worry about transportation. The street was a bit quiet and dark at night, but nothing that presented a problem. Leading up to, during, and after our stay Rob was great at staying in touch with me about what was needed, answering questions, and then finishing everything when all was said and done. I very much appreciated his responsiveness. Definitely would stay here again and it was nice working with Rob.

Wonderful fully equipped house!

This house was wonderful! The first floor bedrooms are all very comfortable and separated from each other - you don't even know that people are in the front bedrooms when you're in the back. The bunk bed room would be perfect for a couple of families with a bunch of kids to share! The laundry room also had some detergent, etc. if you need to throw in a load of wash. The upstairs is huge and plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or individually. Upon arriving, the air conditioning wasn't working and the house was very warm but both Rob and his son worked with us right away, even getting a technician out that night (at about 11pm) to take a look at it. When that didn't work, they sent a repair man first thing the next morning to replace the part and had it fixed by midday. But after we opened up all the windows and got the breeze going, the house was pleasant to sleep in even without the AC. The kitchen is fully equipped (as a big cook) complete with a GREAT grill on the deck with extra propane and grill equipment. The kitchen also had some things like condiments and olive oil so you didn't need to bring your whole kitchen with you. Parking was easy for 6 cars and Rob was very responsive with any inquiries or questions leading up to staying and while we were there. Easy walk to the beach and the restaurants/bars in Dewey. Even with multiple girls getting ready to go out, we never had problems with hot water or bathroom space. Great for multiple families, a group of friends, or a family reunion!

Perfect

the house was wonderful, it was very clean, had everything you would ever need, the lay out worked perfectly as all the "living" was done on one floor and the sleeping on the other. I would suggest a 1/2 bath upstairs maybe the pantry, and also a few more bikes. The screen room down stairs was perfect for all beach related things and a great way to clean everything off. The shower outside was perfect...the whole experience was wonderful and they house was very homey and comfortable and so functional. We had a perfect vacation and with a blended family of 7 kids and 2 adults that doesn't come easy.
