Trois Niveau de ville avec de belles vue sur l'océan

Nous ne louons pas trois nuits pour un week-end de vacances. Un minimum de 5 nuits est requis.

Réveillez-vous une vue imprenable sur l'océan! Tous les trois niveaux ont vue sur l'océan.
La chambre principale, avec sa propre plate-forme, a une vue incroyable sur
l'océan. (La premiÚre photo a été prise à partir de cette plate-forme) Deux
chambres se partagent une salle de bain sur le premier niveau. Une chambre a une reine
lit de taille et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat accrochĂ©e au cĂąble. L’autre chambre a un niveau infĂ©rieur
un lit double avec lits superposés et une télévision à écran plat accrochée au cùble. Le 2Úme niveau comprend la salle de séjour, salle à manger, cuisine et salle d'eau. Le salon dispose d'une Smart TV 47 "avec cùble et DVD. Il y a environ 250 DVD pour les jours de pluie.
Pour ceux qui ont besoin de travailler un peu, Internet haute vitesse sans fil est disponible. Meubles est constamment mis à jour et la maison est soigné. Deux chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain, sont au dernier étage. Le maßtre comporte un
lit king-size et Smart TV 47 "relié au cùble. Le second
chambre à l'étage a sa propre salle de bain, deux lits jumeaux et une télévision accrochée au cùble. Il y a cinq ponts, il est donc facile de se détendre avec un livre. La plage est à moins
de 50 yards loin. C’est une petite communautĂ© tranquille de 14 maisons en rangĂ©e oĂč vous pourrez passer du temps au calme ou marcher Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la vie nocturne de la plage de Dewey.
La peinture est faite à chaque saison. Deux pompes à chaleur, un chauffe-eau, une cuisiniÚre, un lave-vaisselle et une moquette dans une chambre au premier étage étaient toutes neuves en 2013. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat. Le niveau principal a laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse.
Trash et le recyclage sont collectées chaque deux fois par semaine de sorte que la zone commune reste propre.

Les locations sont du samedi au samedi. Nous ne louons pas trois nuits pour un week-end de vacances. Un minimum de 5 nuits est requis. Nous pouvons ne pas accepter les locations de vacances Ă  partir du vendredi car cela prive d'une autre semaine de location.

With a northeastern occurring all around us, it was safe but we could still watch the storm and its effect. It is beautiful with room for everyone but still being able to be together and enjoy each other’s company.

Best Location in Dewey

My family of three generations had a wonderful vacation thanks to this beautiful property. Everyday I would wake up and smile at seeing the blue ocean out my window and from the deck where I enjoyed my coffee. The living room was so spacious that all of us could crowd around to play games or watch TV. Mostly, though, we were able to walk to all our favorite Dewey Beach restaurants or spend hours on the beach. It took minutes to walk back to the house to grab a drink or whatever we needed. The beds were all super comfy, with lots of outlets for our electronics, plus closets and drawers to make an extended stay like home. The kitchen had every supply needed and if we cooked (which we didn't much), you could work in there together. There are three stories of steps, but they didn't pose any problems for us. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the beachgoers stroll by. It was near the Lifeguard station which was reassuring since we had two well-behaved, beach loving five year olds visiting. Lots of bathrooms, so no one had to wait or they could use the outdoor shower. Lots of beach chairs and toys too. We loved it so much, we are booking it again next summer and hopefully this fall too. Thanks so much to Chris for his responsiveness to our questions. (this effusive review was written by my wife)

Beatiful, clean home with all the amenities! Just steps from the beach access. So many great restaurants within blocks of the house. This was by far the best beach trip we’ve had! Would definitely stay here Austin!

Beach stay

We had a wonderful time at this house. The porches were awesome for eating outside and seeing the ocean. Neighborhood was quiet. The location is feet away from the beach, which made coming home for lunch easy. We will definitely be back!!

Dewey Beach Vacay

Our family of four had a great week long vacation at Chris’ townhome. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The meals we didn’t eat out we enjoyed on the shady second porch. The board games were a hit for the one rainy morning we had. The outdoor shower was perfect to use after a day at the beach.

Great Spot!

Townhouse was in a perfect location...both elderly mother and tweens could walk back and forth from the beach easily. Also, we could walk everywhere for dinner, snacks, shops, etc... Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Chris was very accessible and responded to questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

A stone's throw from the beach!

This condo is wonderful. It was impeccably taken care of and had wonderful amenities. It should be listed as beach front...no, it is not, but it's a 1-minute walk to the beach and water. And then it's a 1-minute walk to the main boulevard with bars, restaurants, etc. We could not have been happier. Highly recommended!

Brilliant location

This property was so close to the beach - close enough to walk back if you forgot something, wanted lunch or needed to use the restroom. It’s also a prime location for walking to all local restaurants. The deck was great for hanging out after dinner (although the neighbors were awfully close) and the inside had comfortable furnishings. The layout was great for two separate families, with two bedrooms on floor 1 and two more on floor 3. The bottom floor deck was also really convenient gif dropping beach accessories at the end of the day as well as the outdoor shower. Excellent spot and would recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This could not have been a more perfect house!! We had family come in from all over the country to celebrate my 75th birthday and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms had plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our family. We rented the linens and towels from a local company, and drop off / pick up was a simple process. The house was pre-stocked with so many other amenities and kitchen supplies. I think the only thing that wasn't there was a dish sponge, which we purchased and left behind a couple new ones along with extra supplies to replace other items we used. This house is situated literally steps from the beach, with a beautiful view of the beach from the top couple levels. We also found it fun to be near the lifeguard hub, which not only felt safe, but was cool to watch their intense training every morning! There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance - the only time we moved our car was to go to the grocery store (a quick drive) and the couple times we went over to the Rehoboth Boardwalk area (also a quick drive). Everyone was so friendly in the area - we put up our pop-up tent for the day on the beach and came and went throughout. The house has tons of beach chairs and sand toys that came in very handy for us. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had and a fantastic host! We took advantage of the many games that were provided in the house and had some fun evenings playing those. :) Would definitely recommend, 10/10 and would love to come back again!!

Great location - walkable to everything and close to the beach

We had a great time! The location was walkable to everything -- restaurants/bars, shops, and the beach -- and made it easy to run back up to the house whenever necessary. Check-in was quick and simple and host provided details ahead of time and was quick to respond to any inquiry. This was our first trip to Dewey and it won't be our last!

Great location and beautiful view

We rented the beach house for a long weekend and loved staying there. The house is just steps from the ocean and you can see the beach and ocean from the second and third floor balconies. The house has lots of rooms, bathrooms, tvs and games to make the stay enjoyable. We enjoyed watching TV and spreading out in the house. The large couch in the living room was comfortable. The host was very good at communicating and was accommodating. Would love to come back again in the summer.

My family grew up going to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. My first trip to the beach was when I was one year old. I always wanted to have a place at the beach and when I had the opportunity I looked for the right property. I looked in Rehoboth, Dewey, and Bethany. There was no doubt that #10 The Perch was the right house. It is so close to the beach and a short walk to everything in town. When we go to Rehoboth, it is a short bike ride or a nice leisurely walk. We love the location and the layout of the house. It is work, as every house is, but is a labor of love. We tackle projects every off-season making improvements every year. We hope you enjoy our home and its location as much as we do.
