Sea Haven -Beautiful Condo, Pool, Beach Access, Putt Putt, Shuffleboard

***Beginning 3/11 painters will be working on the ocean-facing backs of Buildings 5, 1, and 2 (this unit is in building 2). During this time they will be painting the windows and siding and will be using a rented lift to complete the work. The contractor is aiming to finish the ocean-facing sides of these buildings by 3/13. Starting Monday, March 16 - Work is scheduled to move to Buildings 3 and 4. A lift will need to be positioned in the area closest to these buildings. At this time, it may be placed near the pool deck or on the grass area between Buildings 3 & 4 and the pool fence. After the backs of the buildings are completed, the painters will then move to the front sides of the buildings to continue painting windows, siding, and eventually the doors. Please note that this schedule may shift slightly depending on progress.***

It is a 2nd floor, corner unit, with the bedrooms up on the 3rd floor of the building. The cleaners do not make the top bunk, but there are linens provided there for the bed.

The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins!

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
