Kerr Lake Escape is a relaxing and fun lakefront getaway perfect for friends and families alike! Have fun all day on the lake and in the evening enjoy a spacious game room, cozy movie room, and evenings by the firepit. With plenty of water toys and activities, there's something for everyone. A family-friendly retreat where memories are made!

Spacious, beautifully updated, and tucked away in complete privacy, this retreat is the ideal setting for your next getaway. With 3 generously sized bedrooms (featuring 3 king beds, 1 full, 3 twins, a futon, and a modular couch), 3 full bathrooms, and a half bath, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Downstairs, enjoy the ultimate entertainment setup with a game and movie room that includes a wet bar, darts, ping pong, pool table, and a large movie screen—perfect for game days or cozy movie nights. Upstairs, cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen or at the outdoor grill and prep area, then dine together before unwinding with a drink on the open-air deck. The living area features a Roku TV, WiFi, and a selection of card games for a fun night in.

Kerr Lake Escape sits on the waterfront, with a private dock just a short walk away—ideal for launching paddle boards, heading out on the kayak, or just relaxing on the floating mats. Outdoors, guests of all ages will enjoy the basketball hoop, cornhole boards, and plenty of space for adventure and relaxation.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and property, including the private lakefront dock and outdoor fire pit. Paddle boards, a kayak, and floating mats are available for use—just let us know ahead of time so we can ensure they’re in excellent condition for your stay. Please note that the supply closet inside the home is reserved for owner use and will not be accessible to guests.

Before your arrival, you’ll receive a check-in code. Life jackets are provided and are highly recommended for all water activities. Paddle boards, the kayak, and floating mats are available for guest use—just let us know ahead of time so we can ensure they’re in top condition and ready for you.

A mule utility vehicle is also available on the property to assist with transporting people or gear to and from the lake. Please note that it is for use only on the property and designated path to the lake, is used at your own risk, and must be returned to the garage after each day’s use.

Bath towels provided in the home are for indoor use only. Please bring your own beach towels for lake activities.

Keep in mind that Kerr Lake is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and water levels can fluctuate.

To make the most of your stay, we recommend bringing bikes, water shoes, and any additional recreational gear not otherwise provided.
