Expansive windows flood the space with natural light, offering mountain views that enhance the ambiance. The modern kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island with seating for four. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, and a fully stocked spice rack are provided for your convenience. The adjacent dining area includes a large wooden table that comfortably seats up to six guests—perfect for shared meals and celebrations with stunning views as your backdrop.

🚫 Elevator Access

The private elevator is not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay. All floors are accessible via interior stairs.

Guests must park on the street or use the 2-car garage, which is accessible by opening it from the inside. The driveway is not available for parking.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
