Guests have full access to the entire home, private pool, game room, elevator, and Windmark Beach community amenities, including trails, a resort-style pool, beach access, and boardwalks.

Windmark Beach is a peaceful, upscale coastal community with walkable trails, a community pool, shops, restaurants, and direct beach access. Located near Port St. Joe, you’re close to local dining and charming coastal towns.



Getting Around:

Golf cart friendly neighborhood. Walk, bike, or drive to nearby restaurants, markets, and beach access points. Plenty of parking at the home for vehicles and trailers.

The elevator is residential grade and may sometimes experience disruptions. While our staff will do everything possible to fix any issues promptly, repairs requiring a technician may take several days due to our remote location. Please plan accordingly if someone in your group has mobility concerns, as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Pet-friendly with approval. Elevator available for guest use. Pool is private and not heated. This home is ideal for families or groups seeking upscale comfort by the coast. Minimum age to book is 25.
