Tenant provides all linens for the beds and all towels. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows provided. Propane grill with propane provided. Ocean facing deck off the Master, two additional decks with outdoor furniture. Four season furnished sunroom. Auto drip coffee maker.

Beach access, just across from the Atlantic Ocean. Parking off street available for 3 vehicles. On street parking pass available for 1 vehicle.
