This family friendly home is the last on a dead end street, first block from the beach, offering privacy and a peaceful time. It is easily accessed from the main road, and whether you’re arriving or leaving you are avoiding the congested streets. A leisurely 3 minute walk (about 120 steps), and you touch the soft sand of the long stretch of Hampton beach and the board walk. There is private parking for up to three vehicles, offering convenience and hassle-free easy travel, a rare find in Hampton Beach. Please note, due to snow accumulation in winter months, parking may be limited to only one or two vehicles. Please check send a message first if booking during snowy winter months if you’re concerned about parking or need more than one space.
This well maintained two story home has living space perfect for family gatherings, abundant natural light, three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, with comfortable beds and premium mattresses, two full big size bathrooms and laundry with detergent provided. Each bedroom has temperature control and a/c units. Linens, towels, beach essentials including chairs, beach towels, and rolling cooler are also provided for the guests. Beach yogis will enjoy yoga on the provided yoga mat, during the rising sun, breathing in the ocean air. Starter paper goods, coffee, hot chocolate and spice rack are also made available to guests.
The first floor features a spacious living room with two three-seat sofas, a whale shaped coffee table, tv, storage, coat closet, and it opens to the dining room and kitchen in an open concept configuration; a big bathroom with stand up shower and laundry complete the first floor. The dining room has direct access to the porch where you will find a gas grill, a two seat deck bar during the warmer months. Behind the deck an outdoor hose is provided to rinse off sand.
The second floor has three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a reading chair, dresser, space for pack and play (also provided) and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds with full bottom and twin top beds, dressers and closets in each bedroom. The second full bathroom is on the second floor, and it also has more closet space.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all needs and necessities. Enjoy your regular cup of Joe, an espresso or cappuccino on the west facing deck.

Parking for 3 cars is parallel to the deck. You are a leisurely 3 minute walk (1 minute slow run to the beach for the morning exercise) to the desirable north side of Hampton beach, and a short 5 minute walk to the sea shell stage for outdoor concerts, the board walk with many restaurants, casino ballroom with concert venues, entertainment for kids of all ages, shopping etc. Some activities to enjoy are the seafood festival, sand sculptures, deep sea fishing, and activities by the beach. Bike rentals are only 10 minute walk from the house on Ashworth ave. Bike or drive on Ocean Blvd to Rye, Odiorne state park with its trails and ocean vistas. Visit the quaint town Portsmouth in 15-20 minute ride along the ocean, and enjoy stunning views of the area.
Several marathons occur in Hampton and neighboring towns during different times of the year that bring a great new vibe to the area.
The long stretch of immense beach and fine sand is always there to enjoy year round. June-September are the summer months when most people swim in the ocean. In recent years people have swam as early as May, and as late of October or even November ( water is just cool enough for those strong young ones). Surf enthusiasts enjoy visiting Cinnamon Rainbows, which also offers winter outfits besides surf gear.
