We very much enjoyed our stay at this place. The photos in the ad clearly lay out what to expect in terms of apartment look and feel. The design was nice and the apartment was clean and we would be happy to come back here during the warmer timne of the year too! The only point I can think of that I would suggest looking into, is the automated light on the balcony. It turns on with a sensor when movement was detected and since it was windy it appears to have detected a lot of movement from the nearby trees so it kept turning on and off. This was a bit irritating. Thanks for hosting us!

We were so grateful for the chance to stay in such a beautiful, relaxing home on the water. It was very quiet and peaceful, with birdsong and rainfall as our music. The studio is so clean, modern, comfortable, with everything we needed — especially the serenity we felt just being able to look out on the water. We walked in the drizzle along the island’s remote roads, had coffee and tea on the deck, made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen, read on the sofa during a cozy, rainy Saturday afternoon, and went to the Ruddy Duck one night for dinner. When the clouds parted for a bit, we also went to St. Mary’s to walk the historic/nature trail. We would have kayaked or paddle boated, but the weather wasn’t very cooperative for that — so we were content to just enjoy the view from inside. Thanks so much to Earl and Robin for the lovely anniversary weekend.
