The lanai has wonderful water views overlooking a serene preserve area to enjoy a coffee in the morning and a cold beverage in the evening. Guests are responsible to pay the $HOA Transfer Fee directly to the Treviso Bay HOA office … this fee allows the guest to use all the amenities of the Resort which are many!

Situated in the beautiful Avellino sub-community, across the street from the neighborhood pool with outdoor Gas Grills and multiple pickleball courts; a two minute walk and you are right there!

Also, you are a short half mile walk or bike ride (2 bikes are waiting for you!) to the huge fitness center that offers classes, a full service spa, and an amazing large resort style heated pool with a swim through to a separate lap pool. There are also an oversized hot tub, a newly renovated and wonderful pool side bar and grill, lighted tennis courts at the Tennis Center, a certified USTA staff and a fully stocked pro shop, Bocce ball courts and a basketball court.
