Wonderful experience—can’t wait to return!

Everything was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The condo is comfortable, fully equipped, and perfectly located near great attractions like 5th Avenue and golf courses. We had a truly wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back for another stay at The Capri!

Nice location and comfort

We enjoyed our stay at the Capri Golf Condo. The unit is only 10 minutes from 5th Ave and the location is nice an quiet and comfortable. The unit is updated and has very nice features. No complaints!

190 Pebblebeach Blvd

The home was a dump and badly equipped. Basic kitchen items were not provided. The bedroom furniture looked like it was gotten from Goodwill with broken drawers and badly worn finishes. The TV in the master bedroom was broken. There was no kettle in the kitchen and no ironing board or iron. The veneer was peeling off some of the kitchen cupboards. The maintenance fellow Luis was good enough to obtain some of these items for us as well as replacements for the mouldy seat cushions on the screen porch. I feel like I was overpaid for what I got and would not rent again from NFVH.

Just Okay

Kitchen was outfitted just okay. Several utensils needed to be bought; cutting knives, corkscrew, scrubbing sponge Pool on-site needs major repairs. Bathroom at poolside was never opened. A family who wasn’t staying or living at complex spent many days there with their two teenage girls. Very limited lounge chairs Had a major leak from condo above. Called property manager, sent pictures. Nobody ever showed. Leak was through electrical light. Nobody ever showed. More concern shown to resolve issue, the morning of checkout. The leak was a heavy chlorine odor as well. Should have called fire department it was that bad. Price? Way too much for what you receive.

We are sorry you experienced a leak from the condo above during your stay. Naples Florida Vacation Homes manages this condo on behalf of the owner. We unfortunatley do not have authority over the pool, the pool furniture or the pool restrooms. This is the responsibility of the property management company hired by the HOA board. The leak from the unit above has been resolved and repaired. Once again, we are sorry you were inconvenienced by this leak from above.

Relaxing condo

The property was well looked after, a place to put clothes in second room would have been helpful in of suitcase, the property managers were very accommodating and easy to reach and looked after most areas promptly. Would highly recommend.

Nice condo , very well appointed and comfortable for making our vacation very enjoyable, great view across the golf course, and well positioned both for shopping and food outlets. The pool was also a very nice feature, and also well maintained. We will be very happy to stay there another time. The booking process was very easy, and the support offered during the booking was both useful and helpful too. Keep up the good work , your sense of guest support was on the money .

General comments...

Good location, clean OK but not great, lack of basic équipment (blankets and sheets for bed, téléphone, instruction for TV, kitchen tools...)

Thanks for the feedback. Each and every bed has linens and blankets and many pillows. We do not keep an extra blanket in the unit. We do not have a telephone, as most travelers do have cell phones now. The instruction for the TV is emailed to the guest prior to the stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and frequently we are updating as wear and tear happens. We never heard from the guest during the weeks they stayed. We sent emails and never heard anything as well. If we would have heard about anything negative, we would have fixed right away.

Good Location-Poorly Maintained

The on-line description of this property was misleading. Read their contracts very carefully because all you will receive from management when multiple issues are encountered is an apology. The challenges of a busy rental season should not be shifted to the customer. Compare their prices and fees against other companies. This could be a very nice rental if it were fairly priced and properly maintained. That was not our experience. Couldn't help but feel sorry for the staff and repair/cleaning personnel who were pleasant as they attempted to correct the issues we encountered. From a safety perspective, patio sliders that could not be secured and no smoke detectors or sprinklers in the unit. A fire pull outside the condo and a fire extinguisher down the outside hallway. Outside stairwell light not operating the entire length of our stay. Based on our experience and despite the good location, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Golf View is Spectacular!

We are avid golfers from Canada. We really enjoyed the Capri because from our second floor balcony we could see the greens and fairway. We enjoyed our morning coffee often looking at golfers. Location was great and elevator was a plus as we are getting up in age.
