Welcome! Our modern semi-basement suite offers a comfortable stay with two spacious bedrooms featuring queen-size beds, a cozy living room with a sofabed, TV, and a dining area. The suite boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, essential cooking utensils, and in-suite laundry for added convenience. The clean and well-maintained bathroom ensures a refreshing stay. Perfect for families, business travelers, or small groups looking for a relaxing and private space.

Our suite is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in North Delta, close to highways that connect you to Richmond (YVR Airport), Burnaby, New Westminster and Surrey. The Nordel Centre is just a short walk away which has a grocery store and many coffee and casual eats options.

** You’ll have exclusive access to the lower/basement area, you won’t be sharing it with anyone else.
** Full instructions for accessing the suite will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Please keep in mind:
There are other tenants residing on the upper level of the house.

Basement is spacious, will be better using warmer lighting. Host indicated there was no kettle or coffee pods provided because previous guest cleaned out the apt. That should not be reason for the new guest. However the host was responsive in rectifying the issues. Other issues from previously commented still remained.

The property was very clean, which we appreciated, but the overall stay was disappointing. Basic amenities were lacking—there was no hand soap, fact wash, and the shampoo and body wash were nearly empty. The kitchen had leftover condiments and nearly empty bottles, likely from previous guests, which made the space feel poorly stocked and not well-prepared.This is a basement unit with no AC. While each room has a window, they open to a wooden panel wall, which provides almost no ventilation. The lack of airflow made the unit extremely stuffy—we were up in the middle of the night due to the discomfort. Unfortunately, the windows have to be left open just to get what little air circulation there is, which means there’s no privacy at all.To make things worse, the owner was completely unresponsive to our questions during the stay, which added to the frustration.We wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made to the amenities, ventilation, and communication.

The property was clean and had basic needs. My suggestion would be to provide the following items-stopper for kitchen sink in order to hold water to clean dishes-wash cloth and dish cloth to clean -bathroom soap to wash hands-a fan, incase it gets hot-mirrors in bedrooms in order to free up the bathroom -extra bath towels and include face cloth-add gel top to mattress or change mattress all together, they were not comfortable. Change fold out couch to something more comfortalbe to sleep on or do not make this a 6 person stay-tv in bedroom-kettle for kitchen-light on the range was not working-somewhere to hang towels in bathroom or perhaps in the hallway-fridge was leaking

The property is in a safe leafy suburb reasonably close to the airport and Downtown. The area had amazing services, restaurants and shopping so close. The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and QUIET. The host was incredibly responsive to requests and we appreciated being able to stay.
