Being one of a handful of mountainside condo properties on Aspen Mountain, this premier condo is a hidden gem. You can catch a hiking trail right outside of the property in the summer. In the winter, the Shadow Mountain Lift is right next to the property and just blocks away you will find Aspen's numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. However, as the property is tucked up against the mountain it is a quiet and peaceful retreat. Take advantage of the on-call free Downtowner Shuttle to get you anywhere you need to go in the Aspen Core!

Any time of year this condo is a great choice when coming to visit the Aspen Snowmass area. It is ideal for a small family or a few friends traveling together. After a hot cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast, stroll just a few feet to the hiking trail or the snow to ride the Shadow Mountain Lift (Lift 1-A) up to start your day. At the end of your day, or for a quick lunch stop, you can store your skis right outside the front door and the entry has plenty of space for boots and coats. The seasonal outdoor heated pool is so comforting after a long day experiencing all that Aspen Snowmass has to offer. In the winter the pool temperature will be maintained at or around 102 degrees and in the summer at or around 85 degrees. The pool is closed in spring and fall.
