Welcome to Casa Aquatica, a spacious and comfortable vacation home in the vibrant El Prado neighborhood of Las Catalinas. Nestled directly across from the new soccer field, this home offers an ideal setting for families and friends to gather, play, and unwind.
Casa Aquatica welcomes you with a bright, airy atmosphere that flows through its spacious living and dining areas. Thoughtfully designed, the living space features wicker lounge seating and vibrant, earthy accents, creating the perfect setting for a seaside retreat. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large island and bar seating, invites guests to gather and prepare meals together. The dining area features a beautiful wooden table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for sharing meals and creating memories.
The home includes three well-appointed bedrooms; each designed for privacy and relaxation. The master suite on the second floor features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, and balcony overlooking the soccer field and central parkâperfect for enjoying peaceful moments or even catching a beautiful sunset. The additional bedrooms include two guest rooms with single beds that share a full bathroom, one of which is a bunk room with a convenient workspace, offering comfort and functionality for all guests.

The Beach Club is a private entity, not managed by Las Catalinas Doorway, and access is subject to availability with advance reservations required.
