The Space:

The Pacific coastline has a way of slowing everything down — and from this beachfront condo in Nuevo Vallarta's Aria Ocean complex, you feel it the moment you step onto the balcony. The soft rhythm of waves rolling along Banderas Bay carries through the air, the ocean stretches wide in front of you, and the only decision left is whether to start at the pool or head straight to the sand.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom with 2 beds, giving couples and small families a comfortable base for the coast. The bedroom is set up for restful nights with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, hangers, and room-darkening shades to help you sleep in. A personal safe keeps valuables secure, and a mosquito net adds an extra layer of comfort. Families traveling with little ones will find a crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, and children's books and toys already in place — along with children's bikes and board games for daytime fun.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to cook at your own pace. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses, along with dishes and silverware and cooking basics. When the weather invites you outside, the outdoor dining area is the natural place to linger — and the BBQ grill with barbecue utensils makes relaxed evening cookouts easy. Please note: oil, salt and pepper are not currently available in this unit.



Bathroom

The private bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and bathroom essentials, so you can arrive light and settle in without a supply run. Hot water, cleaning products, and toiletries are all on hand to keep things easy throughout your stay.



Outdoor living

Beach access puts the shoreline right at your feet, and beach essentials — including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear — mean you're ready to head out at any time. The pool is available for a leisurely swim, and sun loungers provide the perfect spot to dry off and soak in the coastal warmth. A hammock, backyard space, and outdoor furniture round out the options for unwinding at your own pace. For those who want to explore further, bikes and a kayak are available to take out along the bay. Resort access lets you make use of nearby shared facilities as well.



Comfort & connectivity

Air conditioning and heating keep the indoor environment comfortable at any time of day. Wifi and a TV are available for when you want to stay connected or wind down with something to watch. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place for your peace of mind. The private entrance and keypad self check-in let you arrive whenever suits you — no waiting around, no coordinating schedules.



Getting around

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking make it simple if you're arriving by car. A single-level layout and elevator within the building add ease for guests with accessibility needs or anyone traveling with strollers or heavy luggage. A laundromat is nearby for longer stays, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Luggage drop-off is also available for guests with early arrivals or late departures.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night. -The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -No change of linens during your stay. -The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance. -Parking is subject to availability -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
