Our 1 BR condo has a completely unobstructed ocean view from the terrace and room, and an efficiency kitchen, granite counters. The beautiful infinity pool is right outside your door. Beach is less than 100 ft from the condo. Enjoy the amenities of Krystal Grand Hotel in a very relaxing and quiet section. The resort includes gym, a second pool and spa. You can enjoy Zumba, water aerobics, dance classes or just chill on the beach. Even during heavy holiday periods, THIS condo remains in a very quiet section of the compound.

It's waiting for you to enjoy. The 60 miles beach of Bandera´s Bay is your playground. And it's just a 20 min. walk , or a ten min taxi ride (about $5. US) up the beach to the town of Bucerias with great restaurants, shops and street vendors.
Our home has one California King bed and a comfortable Queen sleeper. Krystal Grand is offering all-inclusive package . You can purchase the all inclusive (unlimited food and drink) Aprox $77 US per day/ per person. With access to all hotel restaurants and bars. OR there are 2 large modern supermarkets (and a Starbucks) just 5 min away where you can buy groceries and cook at the condo.
We provide fresh sheets and towels once a week (if you are staying more than one week).
And you can hire my fabulous cleaning lady for about $30 US to clean and change sheets and towels.
This condo is in a unbeatable beach, weather, great people, food, amenities and any water activity you can imagine right outside your door.
Or, just talk, read, nap on the beach this condo it will help you fulfill your wishes.

Chest of drawers were broken in bedroom. Black mold on bathroom wall. If you want a spot by the pool you have to set your alarm for 4 AM as all chairs are "saved" by 630. Not policed at all. Will send photos if you would like. Information in the unit are outdated. Restuarants unavailable to those without all inclusive package. No local close by restaurants.

Everything about the condo was great. Views were excellent. Weather was excellent. The only thing is it’s very crowded and it’s hard to get a chair by the pool. You have to get up at 5:30 in the morning to get a chair.

Great location, the pool and property overall are wonderful. Nice beach. We didn't pay for the all inclusive so I can't speak to that, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quick getaway to PV

We decided to take a quick trip to Puerto Vallarta and found this property. The condo was great and the manager was very helpful. The condo is in a resort but not actually part of the resort. The condo was well equipped and very clean.

Was a fabulous 2 weeks. Watched whales and dolphins from balcony. Bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked and property was lovely

great spot right on the beach

Beautiful little suite right on the beach with great views, a perfectly functional little kitchenette and a lightly separated bedroom. You can take advantage of the hotel's all-inclusive amenities for an additional daily fee. Very kid-friendly, nightly entertainment, and just be sure to know about the sky bar, a rooftop bar with a great sunset view and a jacuzzi. The managers were very responsive and attentive. Great stay!

Condo on beach

Condo is well situated next to beach and pools, and walking distance to restaurants and grocery shops. The condo is also well stocked with all kitchen items necessary for cooking. The host provided helpful recommendations and our stay was hassle free. We would return!
