We loved the location and outdoor space. The property manager was great to work with. Having a parking space is key when staying in this area. Overall happy experience.

Property was so close to the beach and everywhere we wanted. Plenty of space too. My only thing is this unit gets HOT. I know none of these units by the beach have AC but even with all fans on and windows open and doors we could never cool down even at night. Other than that it was a great property

You happened to visit during an unusually hot and humid stretch of weather, which is not typical for our coastal area. While the property does not have air conditioning, as noted in the listing, we understand that those conditions can make the home feel warmer than usual. Spacious and prime location to the Newport Beach Pier.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is ideal for a family getaway and some. The rooms are nicely spaced out, not to mention the living space, kitchen, and patio are all accommodating for your large group. Since we stayed in the summer, we were able to utilize the Trolley so that we didn’t have to give up our parking spot. The carport is convenient for a smaller car. The only drawbacks were the flies, not sure where they were coming from, but a screen door of sorts would have been nice on the front door. Along with the lack of AC, I know the coastal breeze is to be plentiful but without being able to leave the front door open to create the breezeway, it would get rather stuffy at times. All in all , this location met our needs and we would definitely stay again

Thank you for the review and bringing the flies to our attention. We will definitely bring up the need for a screen door to the owner of the property. As you mentioned, most of the time the ocean breeze is sufficient enough to keep the unit cool, but during the extreme heat wave we had during your visit we totally understand the need for air conditioner. We hope to have you back again when the weather is a bit more mild.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked and was an excellent location just steps from the beach and close to restaurants. The garage fit our midsize suv (snugly). FYI: The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. It is on a busy road so take earplugs/white noise machines because with no air conditioning you’ll want to open doors and windows. It was a dream to walk right out to the beach (beware of strong riptide currents directly down from the beach house). The location really was fantastic for us and we highly recommend it.

Various spacious four bedroom home with perfect access to both the beach and the marina. The marina is great for smaller children. Lots of places to walk to get coffee and food. The host was very easy to work with. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you would need to cook full meals.
