Summary:
The historic Farmerâs Supply building is one of the oldest buildings in Floyd. Located in the heart of Downtown Floyd, the family owned and operated Farmer's Supply building has recently been brought back to life and houses two commercial suites and boutique units, known as The Farmer's Supply. With the addition of local photography and art, we hope to keep the local culture at the center of our guests' experience.
The Space:
This 2- bedroom, 1.5 bath unit is equipped with fast, high-speed internet, modern finishes, original hardwood floors, and has everything you need for a short or long stay in Floyd. All beds in this unit are queen size beds. This unit is not pet friendly.
Guest Access:
Stairs are required to access this unit. Stairs are required to access the bedrooms in this split-level unit. Our property does not have an elevator.
The Neighborhood:
The Farmerâs Supply is located in the heart of downtown Floyd, only a short walk to many of Floydâs favorites!
Getting Around:
Public Parking: Free overnight parking is available behind the Floyd County Courthouse, located across the street from Farmer's Supply. Please note that overnight street parking is not permitted per the town of Floyd. Make sure to review the check-in instructions for more details.

While we wonât be physically present during your stay, our team will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns before, during, and after your stay! The best way to communicate will be through your booking platform but can also be reached by phone.
