The main home features 2 queen bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, while the second-floor unit above the garage includes a loft queen, a queen bedroom, and another sleeper sofa. Enjoy ocean views, AC, and a private stairway to the beach just across the street, perfect for swimming, relaxing, or sunset walks along the shore.

Guest Access:
Guests will love spending time on the beach, perfect for morning coffee, sunset walks, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water. The private stairway makes access easy and convenient for all.

The Neighborhood:
The Cove & Cottage on Newbury Neck is located in Surry, a small coastal town with lots of charm. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are an easy 40-minute drive away. The Blue Hill Peninsula, with wonderful shops, restaurants and hiking trails is only a 15-minute drive. Guests will also enjoy Perry's Lobster Shack, a restaurant located on a wharf just a mile from the house. It's a local favorite!

Other Things to Note:
Please note the main home is a single-story home with two bedrooms and one bath and parking for up to four vehicles. The second unit is an apartment with loft above a garage located next door. Guests will need to use stairs on the outside of the building to access the unit. Walking distance between the two homes is one to two minutes via a path with solar lights. Both homes have incredible ocean views and guests can cross the quiet road in front of the homes to access the shoreline. A stairway leading down to the beach is available. There is an additional home on the property that is not included as part of this rental.
