As a guest, you will have access to the entire home. You will be given a keypad code to access our smart door lock and never have to worry about carrying around keys. All codes are random, secured and deleted after every check out.

LISTING TRANSIT:

La Jolla is best explored by car or bike, but rideshares like Uber and Lyft are always available. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable with beaches, parks, and restaurants just minutes away.

☀ The posted off limits zones are not for guest use or access (Garage, Sideyards behind the white locked fences and office attached to the master bedroom)

☀ This is a noise sensitive listing and the posted quiet hours are meant to be courteous to our neighbors.

☀ There are quiet hours starting at 10pm which means no use of backyard amenities such as jacuzzi or pool (especially heating or jets equipment) till 8am. As posted in the listing as well, this is to follow the city ordinance laws and neighborhood rules.

☀ Although the pool and hot tub are temperature controlled, the guests are not to manually adjust the temperature, it`s on a schedule and you can notify us to help with specific temperatures and time (if paid for).

☀ Pool can be heated for $200/day of entire stay. Just let us know!

☀ Kid-friendly: We do not have any baby gear on site. All of our baby gear amenities such as Pack N Plays and high chairs are provided via a rental service. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you`d need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ Vendors to expect during your stay. Lawn care and Pool care is on TUESDAY.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the carport that faces the side door entrance. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the game room. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.

☀ Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.

☀ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
Rental Agreement

Please read and sign the agreement below

Guest, and

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 75 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 75 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the property. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.

BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests.

Credit Card Processing Fees & Cancellations (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU): All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee.
