Nice place! Comfortable bed and couch complete with cozy blankets. Like that there is a small gym to be able to walk without having to brave the Ohio winter cold. Plenty of good quality linens for my 10 night stay. Also very responsive to messages. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment was in great condition and very comfortable. We had a little problem with the key box and host was very helpful. Host was also helpful when we had car trouble and helped us arrange staying an additional night.

This cute VRBO was in a perfect location for us, though there aren't a lot of restaurants within walking distance, so be aware. It was clean and modern. Had everything we needed. Parking was okay, but if the small parking lot on the side (about 10-15 spaces) was full, I have NO idea where we would have parked. Wish the apartment had a reserved spot in the garage for ease.

I booked for three weeks. My ten year old and I arrived to many homeless people around the place. I then noticed that there was a homeless shelter across the street from rental. Had I known I would have never picked this place to stay for three weeks while traveling alone with my ten year old. I decided that it wasn’t safe so we found a different rental . I immediately contacted the host and they promised me 30% refund. After several attempts to ask about refund. I finally only received 500 and didn’t receive the 30% refund. When I questioned the host why I didn’t recieve at least the 30% back I was ignored.

Unit itself was nice. Hallway smelled of weed and need to look at a new Kureg as it worked one time and then did not work afterwards. Looks like it needs descaled. Wish you would get one garage pass as part of the unit on first floor of bldg. Lots of empty spaces.
