Escape to your luxurious retreat! Our beautifully renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath Guest House is designed for a fantastic getaway, accommodating up to 4 guests. Whether you're a small family, a couple, a golfer, or an angler, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay.

Fun & Relaxation Await:
Step into your own game room featuring ping pong and darts for endless entertainment. Head outside to your private patio with cushioned seating – perfect for sunsets or cozy evenings by the propane fire pit.

Unbeatable Amenities:
As our guest, you'll have access to incredible Towne Lake Hills amenities, including two pools, one with a fun slide and a lap pool, a well-equipped gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a volleyball court. Golfers, rejoice! We even have golf clubs available to borrow (refundable deposit required).

Comfort & Convenience:
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end black stainless steel appliances, a Cuisinart coffee maker with complimentary K-Cups, and all the dishware you'll need. Enjoy comfort with a Smart TV, spacious seating, keyless entry, complimentary toiletries, and free WiFi.

We're just moments away from local hotspots like Reformation Brewery, delicious dining at JD's on Lake Allatoona, and the lively MadLife Stage & Studios for live music. The space is cozy and inviting! Immaculately clean and relaxing! The backyard space was perfect for our pups to get some exercise while we enjoyed some sunshine. We enjoyed our time there!

Host (Natalie) was great with responding to my questions. Very nice accommodations with a Christmas tree to make it festive for the holidays. We had our dog, and it was a great accommodation for him as well.

Perfect location near family in a quiet neighborhood with so many extras, from bathrobes to emergency toothbrushes and snacks! The basement apartment in the house was super clean and spacious, with more room than we even needed. Included a great outdoor space, and a game room with a fun ping pong table. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful place for a get away! Accommodations were first class with everything I needed and had such an inviting atmosphere. The hosts were great to communicate and quick to respond. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the Woodstock area.
