Your 240 sq. ft gallery (balcony) overlooks the turquoise blue Caribbean Sea.
This gallery is comfortably furnished for evening relaxation and al fresco dining.

Inside, you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms with A/C.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed, en suite bath and A/C.
The Guest bedroom has two twin beds and A/C.
The twins can combine to a King upon request.
The condo is stocked with board games, a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels.
Two bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, soap and shampoo.
Dine out at our world class restaurants, some within walking distance...
Or show off your culinary skill in our full kitchen...
You'll find plenty of dishware, glasses and utensils and all major appliances including microwave and a blender to try out some frozen drink recipes.
There is even a washer/dryer for your use...

The spacious living room has Satellite TV, FREE WiFi and a hard-wired connection for the working vacationer.
All TVs are "smart" so bring your NetFlix code and binge some movies in the evening.
This newly remodeled condo has A/C in the living room as well.

Colony Cove is a gated, security patrolled complex located close to Christiansted for dining, shopping and sightseeing.
It has a freshwater pool with plenty of deck space, gas grills and direct beach access.
There are 2 restaurant/bars within walking distance and 2 grocery stores that are a short drive.
A rental car is not a necessity but is recommended.
A selection of activity brochures will be available upon arrival or at the front desk.

SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

We had an excellent stay! The property was exactly as described, very clean, and had everything we needed. The property manager was helpful and responsive. The balcony had comfortable seating and an amazing view of the water. Perfect for eating outdoors!They provided a variety of beach gear, including coolers, which were very helpful. The pool area was beautiful and had plenty of chairs, a grill, and restrooms. The beach was easily accessible and quickly became our favorite place to sit and enjoy the water. There is a man-made reef just offshore, and our kids enjoyed snorkeling there.We can’t wait to come back!

Wow! Awesome place!

What a great place! Was perfect for our family of 4 - super clean and modern, all the comforts of home with a beautiful view in the mornings and evenings especially! Super responsive host, and love that we were able to prepare our own meals - when we wanted to - and also have family movie night :-) Short drive to the snorkeling beach, and the botanical gardens are worth the drive, too! The island is full of incredible history, and this is a super place to stay!

Amazing Stay!

This condo was exactly as listed. It was clean, thoughtfully laid out, well appointed (kitchen equipment, beach items such as chairs amd towels and some snorkel gear, plently of linens, a box of games/cards, extras supplies like sunscreen and soaps), and had a great view. Check in and check out were simple, communication was clear, and the complex itself was clean and well kept (grounds, pool, grills, etc.). It also felt very secure, with coded gate access and plenty of lighting. We would not hesitate to stay here again...and again...and again! Two things of note, none of which are within the control of the owner and did not have much impact on our stay: the beach was inaccessible due to a sargassum innundation that lasted the whole week (but that possibility was noted in the original listing and STX has endless beautiful beaches), and the garbage truck comes really early and makes a lot of noise for about 10 minutes 3 days a week.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I don’t even know where to start. Well first, Earl was an absolute gem. He proactively made sure we were able to find our place and he even checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were going well. Well before and during the stay he went above and beyond. This really set the stage for an incredible stay. Next, the location is fantastic. We felt safe the whole time and the grounds were gated. The staff at the location who worked on the grounds were nice and residents and other vacationers were very welcoming. And the upkeep of the grounds, pool area etc, was great! The view from the balcony is breathtaking and looks exactly as pictured. The beach was great for finding sea glass and some snorkeling. We did most our swimming on other beaches on the island. And this location is fantastic because it felt like it was mid way between everything we needed! Close to the boardwalk. Only took a few minutes to get there by car. The actual space was immaculate. It was so clean (which I am very picky about) and very well decorated. And it had so many things that we were able to use like beach chairs and beach towels. It had absolutely everything we needed and more! The beds were so comfortable. And it was very evident that they really want their guests to feel comfy and at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay and we hope to book here again! Thank you so much for sharing your slice of paradise with us!
