Cette belle maison de 4 chambres / 4 salles de bain a un quai de 60 '. Son canal mène directement à Snake Creek et a un accès immédiat à Ocean et Bay. La maison est située dans l'un des plus beaux quartiers de la Floride Keys-Venetian Shores; à Islamorada, la capitale de la pêche du monde. Vous êtes pratiquement entouré d'eau avec toutes sortes d'activités nautiques à portée de main. Islamorada est à 1 heure et demie de Miami et / ou de Key West. En outre, la maison est idéalement situé à 1 mile de célèbres îles de vacances, TIKI BAR. Là, vous pouvez vous asseoir au bord de la plage ou faire un plongeon dans la piscine. Le parc Founders Islamorada est à seulement 1 minute au nord de la maison.

A l'étage il y a 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains et il y a un 2 chambres séparées et indépendantes / 2 salles de bains en bas. Cette maison est parfaite pour ceux qui voyagent dans des groupes d'âge grands et / ou différents; 2 familles; beaux-parents ou parents. Amazing place

Great house to stay and perfect location just minutes from the Atlantic. If you’re bringing a boat this is the place to stay. Lots of room for activities. Our family does summer trips every year and we will be staying here from now on! Highly recommend

Fantastic vacation!

The excellent location of this home cannot be stressed enough! Within minutes, you are out of Snake Creek and heading to the ocean or out on the beautiful bayside. The split suite design makes it very easy for traveling with two families. We very much enjoyed our stay and Arlene was extremely friendly!

Summer Keys Vacation

Very nice property, not perfect. Property doesn't have a dishwasher and is at the end of the canal which collected a lot of debris. The property was close to Fishing, Snorkeling, Restaurants and the Sand bar. Would definitely rent again

Thank you Kim. It was a pleasure having you as a guest. Usually our canals are the widest and cleanest in the entire keys because we are right off snake creek and the stream keeps them so clean…. Unfortunately there is 1-2 weeks a year (99 % of the times in May) that because of the tides all canals in the neighborhood are affected. Sorry that you experienced that during your stay. Location, Location, Location!

This was a excellent property with great location! By water accessing the gulf and ocean side takes just minutes through Snake Creek. By car you have multiple options for restaurants, bars, and shops within 10 minutes. The house was clean and there was ample parking for three cars and a boat trailer. Arlene was very responsive to questions prior to and throughout our stay. We will be looking to return!

Family Relaxation

The property was more than we expected. It had a great location with all the comforts of home. The check in process seamless and the host was very thorough on where everything was located. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and out door furniture. The properties two units was just what we needed for our family it gives everyone some privacy but yet let's us spend some quality time together. I would highly recommend the property and can't wait for our next visit.

Great Keys Vacation Stay

Three generations of our family stayed last week. Great location and nicely appointed/stocked house. 4 separate bedrooms a +++ for us. House is on a quite canal minutes from the Atlantic or backside via Snake Creek. Plenty of room for us to dock our boat. Teen grand kids fished right off the dock and allowed adults to relax. Host, Arlene, was very responsive and returned text quickly. 100% recommended!

AC issues, outdoor furniture on the canal was ripped, No gas for the grill, downstairs slider wouldn’t open, and if you want the hot tub to be hot, you have to pay to have the pool heated. The host was good and always answered her texts/calls. Neighborhood is great.

Courtney, the minute the AC broke I went out personally from Miami and my AC guy went immediately to address the issue. The downstairs sliding glass door is permanently locked to avoid small kids from entering the pool area with out parental supervision. That is done on purpose to avoid a child from drowning g or getting hurt. You have to enter the pool where there is a gate that has a child lock. There is a sur charge for pool heat. That is disclosed in the rental description. There are 2 gas tanks at the property. We full them regularly. Unfortunately people leave them open and they run out. However, I would have gladly filled them for u, had u advised me that they were empty. Im sorry that you were not happy with the property, based on your review. I always strive to maintain the property and provide the best customer service possible. Thank you, ARLENE

Older apartments in a nice location.

The house is an older home. It is a 2 story apartment house up stair and a down stairs apartments. We didn't realize this. We thought it was a 4 bedroom house. It's in a good location in the area. The house has a great dock and located close to the bridge for easy access so you can go to the ocean side or the bay side. It definitely needs to be updated.

Perfect week

Great neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed the Manatee that visited, watching the sun come up on the screened porch, afternoons and evening in the pool and hot tub. We could not have picked a better week of sun and warm weather with family and friends.

Nice place

Upstairs and downstairs were not accessible without going outside needed broom and mop. One dish rag and one hand towel per bathroom was inconvenient since clean ones are needed daily. Pool was clean. Property clean. Nice place to stay.

Horrendous Experience / Be Aware

We have been renting properties for the past 20 years and never experienced anything like this in our lives. First there was the boat rental. The owner presented a weekly or 3-day price for rental and when we told her we would take it, she said she had to raise the rate to a holiday/weekend rate which was never mentioned in the first place. The owner's pricing was inconsistent and prior to arrival we decided not to rent the boat. We travelled via plane and rental car to get to this house (VRBO requested we not include the property # in this review), only to find out upon arrival it was a different house than what was shown in the contract. It was an entirely different house. Different color. Different rooms. No dock. Even a different name. When we got there, the front door was wide open. The neighbor had their boat plugged into this property's outlet. The refrigerator was leaking. It was dirty. We contacted the owner thinking she had possibly given us the wrong address but she tried to claim that we knew she was switching the houses which was entirely untrue. Her only response to us was if you don't like it you can leave. She was rude and unprofessional. Not once did the owner try to fix this she just maintained that we can leave if we didn't like it. We left shortly after arrival, filed a claim with VRBO and thankfully VRBO made it right by setting us up elsewhere. We sincerely hope no one has to deal with something like this in the future.

I would rather not respond to this review/comments, as everything being said and the manner in which events took place are being deliberately misconstrued. I will however respond as it relates to me and my character..... Every review on all 5 of the properties listed on VRBO by me comment how I go above and beyond to cater to all of my guests. I have close to 100 review between the properties that I currently have listed and another 50 on properties that I have sold and no longer have listed on VRBO. That speaks for itself. I appreciate each and every single one of my guests and I show it by the way that I treat them with respect and assure that they feel welcomed and comfortable in my homes. This is the first time in 15 years that I have had a bad review about me or any of my properties for that matter. I am so sorry that you feel this way and that you have the need to speak untruths. This comes to show that there are very difficult people in this world and unfortunately you can't please everyone no matter how much you try.

Great place in a great location

Great location with a boat rental company very close. Easy access to bay or Atlantic. Close to many places to visit, Founders Park, Theater of the see, etc. Fantastic place for family and friends with a pool. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had prior to rental, will no doubt stay here again!

Great, one week stay - terrific host!

We had a great, one-week stay. Excellent location, nice pool, gated yard and plenty of dock space that has recently been redone. The house was spotless, everything works well and Arlene was a terrific and extremely accommodating host. We will gladly return!

Great Location

We had a great stay for this boat mini lobster season and the house was in an amazing location in islamorada. We had the boat dock just behind the house, so we could use it as much as we wanted. The canal it’s located on gives you access to the Atlantic and Gulf sides in mere minutes. The house has a pool, which cane in handy everyday. It also had enough room for our family To stay and park 3 cars with a trailer. The only thing it is missing with the house is a dishwasher and it also has a little bit of a leaning feeling, but when you are on the boat most of the time, it’s no big deal.

Great House!

A perfect house for 2 families that want direct ocean and bay access very quickly. The house is set up like 2 condos, downstairs and upstairs are seperate but on the same property so you can share the house with another family and still have your own space. Great house managed very well that we will 1000% book again!

Great time

House was nice especially the pool. We love renting in this neighborhood because of the close proximity to both the Gulf and the Ocean and the reefs. Property manager responded quickly. We had a little issue with the washing machine the last day not finishing the cycle but other than that all was well
