We enjoyed our two-night stay at this property and appreciated several aspects of the experience, especially the beautiful waterfront views, comfortable bed, great shower pressure, and the balcony with its outdoor table and chairs. The Nespresso machine was also a highlight—we enjoyed it so much we’re considering purchasing one ourselves.The availability of a boat slip was a major reason we selected this property. However, we were disappointed that use of the slip required an additional fee. Since we did not have a vehicle and there was no charge for car parking, the extra boat slip fee felt unnecessary.The unit was clean but felt dated overall. The sofa slipcovers were not especially inviting, and several features could use attention. The TV remotes were difficult to operate (possibly due to weak batteries), the apartment felt noticeably uneven or sloped in places, and the closet doors in both the bedroom and laundry area appeared to need repair.The master bathroom water had a noticeable sulfur odor. We also would have appreciated an extra blanket for the bed. The silverware could benefit from an upgrade, and while we loved having the Nespresso machine available, a few coffee pods for the Keurig would have been a thoughtful touch.One additional suggestion would be to consider allowing golf carts. We were disappointed that wasn’t an option during our stay.Overall, we enjoyed our visit and found the location and views to be the property’s strongest assets.
