Upon arrival two of the beds (pull-out beds) were lacking any bedding. It took several hours to get a response from host. We went and purchased bedding, because it was getting late, 10:45 pm, and we didnât want to be without bedding. I had to go back to the store, during our short stay, to return before leaving Indiana. The house wasnât what I considered to be clean (kitchen cupboards & drawers), and it wasnât the wasnât stocked with very many kitchen supplies. There were not top sheets on any of the twin beds or bunk beds. I wondered it the bed covers on the beds are really washed after every stay, or if we were we sleeping under a blanket that someone else had slept under (a really gross feeling)! Also, the whole house smelled of pet iron. Also, we had to buy our own water softener salt, and run before washing any clothes. If we hadnât lived in Indiana previously, we may not have realized how essential the water softener is. Also, the WIFI was AWFUL! We couldnât watch any games or programs, without it cutting in and out; even when everyone disconnected their personal devices. However, the back yard and jacuzzi were amazing! Overall, we were very disappointed! As a frequent user of temporary stay places like this, the home has potential, but needs work to be a 5 star experience.
