Welcome to Woodland Sanctuary – Your Ultimate Hudson Valley Escape!

Tucked away on three acres of peaceful woodland, Woodland Sanctuary is a sprawling 6,000-square-foot retreat, thoughtfully designed for families and groups seeking both relaxation and adventure. With six bedrooms and seven beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind in comfort.

Take a refreshing dip in the heated above-ground pool (available June–August), or gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. Two sun-drenched porches offer the perfect spots to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon of tranquility. The enormous dining room provides ample space for shared meals, while the commercial-grade kitchen makes it easy to cook up a feast for your guests. After a day of exploring, sink into the cozy living room and relax in style.

A Kid’s Dream Playroom – Endless Fun for All Ages!
Welcome to a magical playroom designed to spark creativity and keep kids entertained for hours! With toys for boys, girls, and babies, this vibrant space offers open-ended fun for all ages. (We have 18m and under toys, please just ask and we will take then out for you!)

Children can dress up in costumes, care for their dolls, and build imaginative worlds with Legos. They can cook in their mini kitchen, bounce on the trampoline, and play doctor at the medical center and baby hospital. The arts & crafts center invites creativity, while puzzles, books, and music provide engaging activities for curious minds.

From Barbie adventures to imaginative role-play, this vibrant play space encourages open-ended fun, sparking creativity and endless possibilities! Whether they’re pretending, creating, or exploring, this playroom is packed with endless opportunities for adventure and learning!

Also for the kids, we have a large outdoor playset & trampoline and mud sink

Available for an extra fee (per day or per stay): Set up bounce house or water bounce house.

Please note two active ring cameras on the property. First camera is located at the front door. Second camera is located at the back door.
