Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment during their stay. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and any in-unit amenities. This upper-level unit is stair-access only; the building does not have an elevator.



The Neighborhood:

A few parks are located just minutes from the apartment, including Welles (Gideon) Park and Horner Park—great spots worth exploring.



Getting Around:

The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation. The Western & Wilson bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, Rockwell Station is about 5 minutes, and Western Station is approximately 6 minutes from the apartment.

For everyone's security in the property, please note that we may request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes before your stay. Rest assured your information will be handled with care, used solely for verification, and never shared or stored beyond what’s necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a trusted and welcoming space for everyone.



Pets are strictly prohibited to help maintain a comfortable environment. Undisclosed pets will incur additional cleaning or treatment charges starting at $250.



Stay With Added Peace of Mind ✨

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we offer an optional, non-refundable Damage Waiver for $35 per stay to provide added peace of mind during your visit.



The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, and broken glassware.



Please understand that the waiver only applies to accidental damage. It does not cover intentional damage, theft, missing items, unauthorized parties, house rule violations, excessive cleaning, unauthorized pet-related damage, or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or reckless behavior.



Without the Damage Waiver, guests remain responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.
