Lincoln Square Oasis - Bright, Clean and in Great Location

Kick back and relax in this calm, clean, stylish space. Located in the wonderful Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago, this bright, large two-room studio is located half a block from the Brown Line Rockwell stop (which you don’t hear because it is on the ground at this location and not elevated) and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Lincoln Square with many great restaurants, shops and cultural hubs. It is located only one block from the Harvest Time supermarket and close to so much more, you can explore Lincoln Square and Chicago with or without a car from this awesome space.
Located in a quiet, well-maintained building, this condo-quality renovated space is the perfect oasis for your time in Chicago. The apartment features a renovated kitchen and bath with beautiful stone counters and subway tiles, free WIFI and a 43” smart-tv, central air conditioning and heating (you control the temperature with the thermostat), a kitchen stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, hot water kettle and more. If you need to do laundry while you are visiting, there are coin-operated washers and dryers in the basement, which you can comfortably access from the front lobby. There is also a large closet with hangers and an empty large dresser to store your items. There is a couch bed with sheets, pillow and blanket for an additional guest, if needed. I provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and sponge and a few kitchen essentials. Please let me know if you have any questions!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised, and the host was very responsive. It took us about 24 hours to figure out how to get the temperature to stay consistent, so maybe some prominent instructions near the thermostat would help that.

Fantastic. I’ve stayed in 5 places in the Lincoln Square & 1 in the Loyola area over the summer (my condo is under construction) and this is the best one. Cozy, clean, quiet & comfortable, it was perfect for me. Updated vintage building is very well maintained. Walk up one flight of stairs. Easy check-in/check-out. The kitchen & bath are small but new & efficiently designed. Enough for my needs. An outlet near the computer table is important! (others didn’t always have that). Also one of the only places where the view is a tree lined street (not an alley or parking lot). Very good!

The apartment was clean and perfect size for our stay. Great location with a lot in walking distance and easy access to CTA train and bus stop. Free and available parking. Quiet area even over Labor Day weekend. You can hear the train and planes BUT the TV was enough to drown it out.

Erika was an amazing host. I somehow lost the key and had to call her late at night. She was very kind and very prepared. I was back in the apartment in minutes! The apartment itself is great. Clean and modern with everything you need. The location is great. Close to Lincoln Square. . . and just steps to a great cafe, restaurant and grocery store. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone.

Neat, clean and everything you need

Great location in quiet neighborhood close to Brown line. Apartment was attractively furnished and very clean and fresh. Kitchen had everything you needed..love the compact dishwasher. Very comfortable ..arrangement with small seating area between kitchen and bedroom and lots of windows.. plan to book again when we visit.

Great home away from home

Bed is amazing and perfect after a long day of sightseeing. It’s important to recognize that you are in an older building so you will hear everything that is happening in the building, but that’s not a deterrent.The neighborhood is charming, and you are absolutely within walking distance of plenty of places for food and beverage. If you’re looking for entertainment, you’re only half an hour away from the city center, which is perfect. Overall, I adore this place and would be back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location and apartment

Perfect apartment for one or two people in a great location. Easy walk to groceries, dining, and transportation. And the apartment is sunny, spacious, so clean and very comfortable. I kind of don't want to tell you about it, because I plan to stay here again.

No complaints. I had to quite a bit of cooking for my son and his wife as thaejust had a baby. I found everything I needed. The grocery store was clise.

A wonderful property for two

My wife and I wanted something on the Brown Line which our son also lives on. This property came up on our search and we were so glad. It’s as billed, pictures are perfect. Clean beyond belief. Comfortable bed and linens. It was single-digit temps, heat worked just fine. Check-in notes were easy to follow and had us in the apartment in a few minutes. Erika was most responsive during the booking process. It is literally a block from the L, but you will never hear it. An easy 8-minute walk to Lincoln Square where Jerry’s Cafe is a must-do for breakfast. I would recommend this property without reservation and hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks Erika for a wonderful long weekend.

Superior Lincoln Square rental

Have stayed in many rentals near Lincoln Square while visiting my daughter. This is by far the best one...very clean, very modernized (no radiators, multiple plug outlets, new appliances). Close to restaurants-liked The Green Post. Quick response when had question for owner. The short staircase is a little steep when lifting suitcase if that is a concern. Otherwise, very excellent stay.

Lincoln Square apartment

Perfect for Us

This property was perfect for our long weekend visit to our daughter’s family in the neighborhood. It had just what we needed for a simple, quiet oasis after a busy day with the grandchildren. The unit is well-outfitted with the necessities and everything was spotless, even the lobby and stairwell. Communication with the host was clear and thorough. Only one recommendation - an anti-slip mat for the very deep tub!

Great Apartment in wonderful location

We loved our stay in this cozy apartment. We had everything we needed for a weekend of work and fun in Chicago's Lincoln Circle neighborhood. Close to Dining and Drink and located very close to the Brown Line for easy access to the rest of the City.

Weekend stay

The apartment works well for us. Walking distance to daughter’s apartment in ravenswood. This was our second stay in the apartment and will stay again in the future.

nice neighborhood spotless room!

Very nice apartment. Host was extremely responsive and the place was clean. Close to the Brown Line and Lincoln Square. Would have given this place 5 stars, except for the very noisy upstairs tennant. We reported that issue to the host who assured us she would look into that issue.
