This is my second time staying here and it’s such a nice little place. Very clean and just what you need if you’re exploring Chicago. Property owner is easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend staying here

Superb set up for a little basement vrbo. Private entrance with keys in lock box, small but perfectly functional kitchen, nice bed and cute little couch and table. Hosts were excellent and messaged to let me know when the unit was ready offering an early check in if I wanted it and were super accommodating about a very last min request for a late check out. Unit was nice and warm between wall heater, fire place, and space heater. My only recommendation is there was a bit of a draft from under the front door you could feel on your feet if you were standing in front of the door that I think one of those rubber door sweep attachments could fix.

Perfect for our quick little overnight in Chicago. Close to the main area of Andersonville. Surprisingly easy to find parking too. No idea if that is always true, but it was much easier than we've experienced when coming to town.

We arrived late in the evening and we were still able to find on street parking. The sidewalks had been shoveled and access was easy. The unit had an fireplace that was amazing and warmed us up immediately after a long cold day! Everything was clean and neat. There were two coffee options Keurig or drip and creamer was provided. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely plan on staying again when we visit family.

We stayed one night and definitely recommend for one or two persons. The studio was very clean, organized, and amenities updated. The air-conditioning was a little loud but for us acted more as white noise. The surrounding tenants could be quietly heard periodically and were not disruptive. We didnt use the TV, so I cannot comment on that. The wifi was a little spotty but worked well. The neighborhood and shops near by are fabulous. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

This cozy studio was absolutely adorable!! Tucked away in a cute neighborhood! Very peaceful! It was perfect for my daughter and I to enjoy a night in Chicago!

The place was great — clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants and a grocery store. I used to live in Chicago and stayed here for a quick visit; it was perfect for that. The host was friendly and responsive through the app, which made check-in easy.One note: the Wi-Fi is quite weak. I had to reschedule a few work calls because of it, so if you’re planning to work remotely for several days, you may want to find a nearby Starbucks or another spot with stronger internet.

I checked in pretty late at night and had to call the property manager, he was really nice and responsive despite the time that I called him. My only suggestion would be to put a picture of the exterior door as there are multiple entrances to the building. 5 stars though!
