Welcome to your cozy retreat in the Center of Seven Hills city! This stylish and modern condo is the perfect escape for those looking to relax,recharge and indulge in food. With spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfy beds, youâll feel right at home. Whether you're here to work, explore or unwind, this condo offers all the comforts you need for a practical and memorable stay!
VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ADDITIONAL RULES:
* Upon booking, we will need a photo of your ID(s), a description of your vehicle(s) and a copy of your vehicle(s) registration.
* Please adhere to all parking signs and requirements, we are not responsible for any towed vehicles.
* No commercial vehicles may be parked in the community or else they'll be towed. All company or other logos must be covered.
* VRBO Platform is a way for us to generate leads, the same as word of mouth, recommendations or other advertising platforms. We require that you fill out an actual Lease Agreement.
* We will provide a Lease Agreement that will contain Names of parties that will be renting/leasing the property along with the dates of your stay. This will be then submitted to the HOA office for registration after all parties have agreed and signed the document.
* All HOA Community rules must be followed. You will have to fill out HOA paperwork and agree to their policies prior to being allowed onsite, for registration with the HOA.
* We DO NOT provide mail access to the unit. This is due to theft and protecting your identity and others identity from being stolen. Anything mailed will not be recovered.
* Please inquire about setting up a PO BOX instead with the local post office.
* Packages that are sent to you by UPS/ FEDEX will be dropped to your door. We do not have control or are liable for any missing packages delivered.
* Pets are not allowed. Any sign of hair automatically be charged for remediation. This is for the safety of other guests with allergies to pet dander.
* No Smoking in the property of any sort (this includes indoors or the patio). A $2,000 fee will be charged for smoking indoors
* Any remediation will be handled by professionals and any prices incurred will be charged to you.
* Quiet time after 10pm
* Light cooking in our kitchen. Out of respect for the next guests please do not cook anything with heavy oils or seasonings that can leave a smell and oil residue. With heavy spices, it sticks to the walls and requires extensive process or remediation.
* Keep noise levels reasonable. If you come in after I0 pm or wake up before 7am, please be thoughtful of any neighbors who may be sleeping.
* No underage drinking and no illegal activity.
* Excessive dirt or trash left behind; guests will be charged for any additional cleaning charges that are incurred from our cleaners.
* Utilities (Gas & Electric) shall be limited to $150.00 per Month. If limit is exceeded, you will be charged for the additional cost.
* HOA Violations - you will be responsible for any HOA violation costs imposed due to not following the rules of the Home Owner's Association.
* Please be respectful towards our home and treat it as your own. It is very important to remember that parties, loud noises of any kind, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
* Please remove shoes before stepping on any rug/carpet area
We would like to remind you that we are not a hotel. We will attend to any problems that may come during your stay as soon and as efficient as we can. We cannot just move you to one condo to another.
Please respect the property as if it was your own.
This will give the next tenant a great experience as you did when you walked in.
