We visited for my daughter’s ring ceremony at Clemson. We plan to be back for some football games this fall .

Perfect place

My son & myself went to Clemson sir a fishing tournament and the condo we rented was really clean and perfect. We had everything we needed!! Definitely recommend staying here!! Thank you

This property IS NOT for anyone with mobility issues! Must walk down HUGE steep staircase.

Not a great neighborhood. Run down condo units. Exterior is not well lit. Building is located down a very steep staircase that is unavoidable. Impossible to navigate with luggage, and for older guests. No TVs in bedrooms. Would not recommend.

Very nice for a football weekend

This was a nice set up for a football weekend. We come as a group 4 guys for 1 game a year and I would definitely use the property again. There were just 4 of us and it would have been a little crowded for 5 guys.

Very easy online experience. Place was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful location. Close to several fun places including Lake Keowee. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Spring Break college tour of Clemson University

The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5 as we wandered around Clemson. We very much enjoyed the wooded location and the quiet--and just behind Clemson's campus. My only suggestion for this property is for the owner to purchase a new microwave as several operating functions do not work.

Clemson University Visit

The property was cleaned thoroughly before arrival, which was our top priority, including all linens, towels and common areas. The location is peaceful, away from the hustle of the campus, so a great place to unwind. We would highly recommend it!

Great place!

Everything was wonderful! We had a little snafu with locating the property. The info VRBO sent us was inaccurate; but the owner sent us the correct info in an email that I did not see. Tried to contact him when we were unable to locate property but he was not able to be reached. Luckily I saw the email he sent previously and we were able to get in. House was great. Highly recommended.

Great location, wonderful host, nice layout

Stayed here with our family for graduation weekend. The location was perfect for traveling to campus, downtown, student apartment complexes and the Smokin Pig! The location is nice and quiet and a woodsy setting. The parking was a little bit dark but there was plenty of it. Multiple bathrooms were very helpful and the layout of the kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for family meals and games. The host was very easy to work with and accommodating with toddler supplies (high chair, pack-n-play, etc) - even left little stuffed tigers that our 16-month old granddaughter loved to play with. It was perfect for our family celebration weekend.

Close to campus and clean

We stayed in this condo when we were moving out daughter out of the dorm at the end of the semester at Clemson U. Had a glitch with the door but our host was able to get that fixed and with no inconvenience to us. The condo was clean and conveniently located relative to campus. It’s not fancy but we didn’t need fancy so it worked for us. We were comfortable and it was quiet. Didn’t use the kitchen so can not comment on that. The WiFi worked well.
