You have your own private balcony to use which gets cleaned but we do have nature surrounding us and because our balcony is out and uncovered sometimes we do get the occasional bird that stops by and leaves unwanted presents.

Tiger Haven includes 3 guest parking passes and 4 clubhouse wristbands to use during your stay that includes the in season outdoor pool, volleyball and basketball courts as well as dock swim access, outside fire pit and grill. Billiards, Ping Pong and state of the art Gym are also available for you and your guests.

Check out Before 11am

No pets allowed

No vape or smoking and is prohibited in the condo or on the balcony

Guests are not allowed to use the visitor spots during Football Game Weekends (Thurs - Sat)

Government issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card may be required at check in for incidental charges
